【摘要】：本研究旨在探討胰島素樣生長因子1(insulin-like growth factor 1,IGF1)基因SNP與家兔生長性狀的關(guān)聯(lián)性。采用DNA池、PCR-SSCP方法對家兔IGF1基因的外顯子進(jìn)行多態(tài)性檢測,結(jié)果發(fā)現(xiàn),在家兔IGF1基因的外顯子3中檢測到1個(gè)SNP位點(diǎn)T365C,表現(xiàn)為3種基因型:TT、TC和CC。IGF1基因不同基因型與家兔生長性狀的關(guān)聯(lián)分析結(jié)果發(fā)現(xiàn),新西蘭兔TT基因型個(gè)體的初生重、28日齡體重均顯著高于TC和CC基因型個(gè)體(P0.05);比利時(shí)兔TT基因型個(gè)體的初生重、90日齡體重和初生至90日齡的平均日增重均顯著高于TC和CC基因型個(gè)體(P0.05);其余品種的各生長性狀指標(biāo)在該位點(diǎn)均沒有達(dá)到顯著水平(P0.05)。結(jié)果提示,IGF1基因可能是影響家兔生長性狀的主效基因或與主效基因連鎖,T365C位點(diǎn)有望作為提高家兔個(gè)體生長性狀的分子遺傳標(biāo)記。
[Abstract]:The aim of this study was to investigate the relationship between the SNP of insulin-like growth factor 1 (insulin-like growth factor 1) gene and the growth traits of rabbits. The polymorphism of IGF1 gene exon in rabbits was detected by DNA pool and PCR-SSCP method. A SNP locus T365C was detected in exon 3 of the IGF1 gene in rabbits. The results showed that there were three genotypes: TT,TC and CC.IGF1 genes and their association with the growth traits of rabbits. The birth weight of TT genotype individuals in New Zealand rabbits was significantly higher than that of TC and CC genotype individuals at 28 days old (P0.05), while that of Belgian TT genotype individuals was significantly higher than that of 90 day old individuals and the average daily gain of birth to 90 days old individuals (P0.05). TC and CC genotype individuals (P0.05), the other varieties of growth traits did not reach the level of significance at this locus (P0.05). The results suggest that the IGF1 gene may be a major gene affecting the growth traits of rabbits or be linked to a major gene, and the T365C locus may be a molecular genetic marker to improve the growth traits of rabbits.
