【摘要】：以過硫酸氫鉀消毒劑為研究對(duì)象,以大腸埃希菌和金黃色葡萄球菌為受試菌,通過懸液定量殺菌試驗(yàn),研究在不同溫度、作用時(shí)間和干擾物存在條件下,過硫酸氫鉀的殺菌作用。結(jié)果顯示,有機(jī)干擾物不存在時(shí),在設(shè)定溫度下(37、25、4℃),濃度為312.5mg/L~1 250mg/L的過硫酸氫鉀對(duì)受試菌(107 CFU/mL)作用5min,殺菌率為100%;濃度為2 500mg/L時(shí),1min可完全殺滅受試菌。當(dāng)有機(jī)物(牛血清白蛋白)在菌液中的終濃度為30g/L時(shí),室溫下作用10min,完全殺滅大腸埃希菌濃度為625mg/L,金黃色葡萄球菌為2 500mg/L。有機(jī)物含量為250g/L時(shí),相同條件下對(duì)大腸埃希菌的殺菌率為99.99%,對(duì)金黃色葡萄球菌的殺菌率為99.97%。研究結(jié)果為過硫酸氫鉀作為消毒劑的有效使用提供了參考。
