應(yīng)用PCR-DGGE分析發(fā)酵床養(yǎng)殖仔豬消化道菌群多樣性及其演替

【摘要】:利用PCR-DGGE技術(shù)研究了發(fā)酵床和水泥地養(yǎng)殖21d和42d仔豬消化道各段菌群多樣性和相似性,結(jié)果表明,飼養(yǎng)全程中仔豬胃中菌群種類較少,經(jīng)胃酸等抑制作用,回腸中菌群最少;之后,菌群迅速增殖,盲腸、結(jié)腸中菌群種類較多。相比于水泥地,發(fā)酵床提供了穩(wěn)定而豐富的菌群和穩(wěn)定的溫濕度,能夠持續(xù)增加消化道兩端的胃和結(jié)腸中的菌群多樣性,促進(jìn)回腸菌群演替為穩(wěn)定的盲腸菌群;全程保持較高比例的乳酸菌屬,一定程度上抑制或減緩彎曲菌屬、志賀菌屬、埃希氏菌屬生長(zhǎng)增殖,有利于構(gòu)建和維護(hù)仔豬消化道正常菌群,對(duì)于提高仔豬健康和生產(chǎn)性能是一種較為理想的養(yǎng)殖方式。
[Abstract]:PCR-DGGE technique was used to study the diversity and similarity of microflora in digestive tract of piglets cultured in fermenting bed and in cement field for 21 days and 42 days. The results showed that the number of microflora in stomach of piglets was less and the number of bacteria in ileum was the least after gastric acid inhibition during the whole feeding process. After that, the flora proliferated rapidly, and there were many kinds of bacteria in the cecum and colon. Compared with the cement soil, the fermenting bed provides stable and abundant flora and stable temperature and humidity, which can continuously increase the diversity of the flora in the stomach and colon at both ends of the digestive tract, and promote the succession of the ileal flora to the stable cecal flora. Keeping a high proportion of lactic acid bacteria in the whole process, to some extent, inhibited or slowed down the growth and proliferation of Campylobacter, Shigella and Escherichia, which was beneficial to the construction and maintenance of normal bacterial flora in digestive tract of piglets. It is an ideal way to improve the health and production performance of piglets.
