富維生素E轉(zhuǎn)基因玉米對0~3周齡肉仔雞生產(chǎn)性能和抗氧化能力的影響

【摘要】:試驗旨在研究玉米-豆粕型飼糧中普通玉米用富維生素E轉(zhuǎn)基因玉米完全替代或添加外源合成維生素E對0~3周齡AA肉仔雞生產(chǎn)性能、血清α-生育酚含量、抗氧化能力和血清生化指標(biāo)的影響,綜合評定富維生素E轉(zhuǎn)基因玉米的營養(yǎng)有效性,為富維生素E轉(zhuǎn)基因玉米的推廣應(yīng)用提供數(shù)據(jù)支持。試驗采用單因子隨機(jī)分組試驗設(shè)計,選用1日齡體質(zhì)健康、體重接近的愛拔益加(AA)肉仔雞公雛480只,隨機(jī)分為3組,分別接受玉米-豆粕型飼糧(對照組1,維生素E含量為7.9mg/kg)、對照組1+7.35mg/kgdl-α-生育酚醋酸酯(對照組2,維生素E含量為15.25mg/kg)和富維生素E轉(zhuǎn)基因玉米飼糧(試驗組,用富維生素E轉(zhuǎn)基因玉米完全替代對照組1飼糧中玉米,維生素E含量為15.25mg/kg),每組設(shè)8個重復(fù),每個重復(fù)20只雞,試驗期為21天。試驗結(jié)果表明:(1)用富維生素E轉(zhuǎn)基因玉米替代玉米-豆粕型飼糧(維生素E水平為7.9mg/kg)中的普通玉米,飼糧中維生素E提高到15.25mg/kg,對0~21d肉仔雞日增重、飼料轉(zhuǎn)化率和0~7d與8~14d采食量無顯著影響(P0.05),對7d與14d血清中α-生育酚含量、血清MDA含量、14d與21d血清GSH-Px活性與T-SOD活性無顯著影響(P0.05),對7d與14d肝臟MDA含量、GSH-Px活性和T-SOD活性無顯著影響(P0.05),對血清ALT、AST、LDH活性和BUN、TG、TC、TP、ALB、GLB和IL-2含量及A/G無顯著影響(P0.05);顯著降低了15~21d與全期(0~21d)采食量和21d肝臟MDA含量(P0.05);顯著提高了7d血清和21d肝臟GSH-Px、T-SOD活性(P0.05)。(2)在玉米-豆粕型飼糧(維生素E水平為7.9mg/kg)中添加7.35mg/kg外源dl-α-生育酚醋酸酯,飼糧中維生素E水平提高到15.25mg/kg,對0~21 d肉仔雞日增重、飼料轉(zhuǎn)化率和采食量無顯著影響(P0.05),對7d與14 d血清中α-生育酚含量、血清MDA含量與GSH-Px活性、14d與21 d血清T-SOD活性無顯著影響(P0.05),對肝臟MDA含量、7d與21 d GSH-Px活性無顯著影響(P0.05),對血清ALT、AST、LDH活性和BUN、TG、TC、TP、ALB、GLB和IL-2含量及A/G無顯著影響(P0.05);顯著提高了7d血清、21d肝臟GSH-Px活性和肝臟T-SOD活性(P0.05)。(3)在本試驗條件下,富維生素E轉(zhuǎn)基因玉米中維生素E的生物學(xué)效價與天然合成的dl-α-生育酚醋酸酯相當(dāng)。飼糧中維生素E水平7.9mg/kg可提高0~21d肉仔雞的抗氧化能力。
[Abstract]:The purpose of the experiment was to study the effect of vitamin E rich transgenic corn on the production performance and serum 偽 -tocopherol content of 3-week-old AA broilers in corn-soybean meal diet. The effects of antioxidant capacity and serum biochemical indexes on the nutritional effectiveness of vitamin E enriched transgenic maize were comprehensively evaluated to provide data support for the popularization and application of vitamin E rich transgenic maize. The experiment was conducted with a single factor randomized grouping design. Four hundred and eighty male broiler chicks were randomly divided into three groups, one day old, healthy and nearly weight, and four hundred and eighty male broiler chicks were divided into three groups at random. Corn-soybean meal diet (control group 1, vitamin E content 7.9mg/kg), control group 17.35 mg / kg kgdl- 偽 -tocopherol acetate (control group 2, vitamin E content 15.25mg/kg) and vitamin E rich transgenic corn diet (experimental group) were used. Vitamin E enriched transgenic corn was used to replace the control group (1), the vitamin E content was 15.25mg/kg). Each group was divided into 8 replicates, 20 chickens per replica, and the experiment period was 21 days. The results showed that: (1) Vitamin E was increased to 15.25 mg 路kg ~ (-1) in diet instead of normal corn in corn-soybean meal diet (vitamin E level: 7.9mg/kg). The feed conversion rate and feed intake at 7 days and 8 days were not significantly affected (P0.05), but the content of 偽 -tocopherol in serum of 7 days and 14 days was not significantly affected. Serum MDA content had no significant effect on serum GSH-Px activity and T-SOD activity on 14d and 21d (P0.05), but had no significant effect on hepatic MDA content (P05) and T-SOD activity (P05), but had no significant effect on serum ALT,AST,LDH activity, BUN,TG,TC,TP,ALB,GLB and IL-2 content and AP-G activity (P0.05). The activity of GSH-Px,T-SOD in serum and liver (P0.05) at 7 d and 21 d (P0.05). (2) was significantly increased by adding 7.35mg/kg exogenous dl- 偽 -tocopherol acetate to corn-soybean meal diet (vitamin E level was 7.9mg/kg). The dietary vitamin E level increased to 15.25 mg / kg, which had no significant effect on daily gain, feed conversion rate and feed intake of broilers at day 0 ~ 21 (P0.05), but on serum 偽 -tocopherol content on day 7 and day 14. Serum MDA content and GSH-Px activity had no significant effect on serum T-SOD activity at 14d and 21d (P0.05), but there was no significant effect on liver MDA content at 7d and 21d (P0.05), but had no significant effect on serum ALT,AST,LDH activity, BUN,TG,TC,TP,ALB,GLB and IL-2 content and A- / G activity (P0.05). Liver GSH-Px activity and liver T-SOD activity (P0.05). (3) were observed at 21 d after treatment. The biological titer of vitamin E in vitamin E rich transgenic maize was similar to that of natural dl- 偽 -tocopherol acetate. Dietary vitamin E level 7.9mg/kg increased the antioxidant capacity of broilers for 0 ~ 21 days.
