【摘要】：為了探究棉花秸稈對(duì)育肥羊生長(zhǎng)性能和血清生化指標(biāo)的影響,為其在反芻動(dòng)物中利用提供基礎(chǔ)研究資料,試驗(yàn)采用單因素隨機(jī)設(shè)計(jì),將體重、年齡相近的卡拉庫爾羊羔羊72只隨機(jī)分為6組,對(duì)照組飼喂不含棉源的基礎(chǔ)日糧,試驗(yàn)1,2,3,4,5組分別添加3%、12%、18%、27%和39%棉花秸稈,各組能量、蛋白質(zhì)含量基本不變,測(cè)定羊只體重指標(biāo)、血清生化指標(biāo)等。結(jié)果表明:從試驗(yàn)全期看,試驗(yàn)1,3組(添加3%、18%棉花秸稈)卡拉庫爾羊日增重顯著高于對(duì)照組(P0.05),試驗(yàn)2,4,5組均低于對(duì)照組;日糧中添加≥27%棉花秸稈(試驗(yàn)4,5組)可使血清中丙氨酸氨基轉(zhuǎn)移酶、天門冬氨酸氨基轉(zhuǎn)移酶活性、尿素氮和三酰甘油含量增加,總蛋白和白蛋白含量下降,血清中鈣含量降低而磷增加,鈣磷比例失調(diào),從而影響育肥效果。
[Abstract]:In order to investigate the effect of cotton straw on growth performance and serum biochemical index of fattening sheep and to provide basic research data for its use in ruminants, the experiment adopted a single factor random design to determine the weight of the sheep. 72 lambs of the same age were randomly divided into 6 groups.
