【摘要】：為了建立白虎定喘口服液的質(zhì)量檢測(cè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn),采用薄層色譜法(TLC)對(duì)處方中金銀花、黃芩、知母、板藍(lán)根進(jìn)行鑒別;采用高效液相色譜法(HPLC)對(duì)黃芩中有效成分黃芩苷進(jìn)行含量測(cè)定。結(jié)果表明,薄層色譜斑點(diǎn)清晰,分離度好,特異性強(qiáng);在0.103mg/mL~0.824mg/mL范圍內(nèi)黃芩苷濃度與峰面積呈良好的線性關(guān)系,陰性對(duì)照無(wú)干擾,加樣回收率平均為97.98%,精密度試驗(yàn)RSD為0.61%。說(shuō)明建立的檢測(cè)方法簡(jiǎn)便、準(zhǔn)確、專屬性強(qiáng)、重復(fù)性好,可對(duì)白虎定喘口服液的質(zhì)量進(jìn)行有效檢測(cè)。
[Abstract]:In order to establish the quality standard of Baihu Dingchuan oral liquid, the prescription of Flos Lonicerae, Radix Scutellariae, Radix Anemarrhenae and Radix Isatidis were identified by TLC (TLC), and the content of baicalin in Scutellaria baicalensis was determined by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). The results showed that the spots of TLC were clear, the degree of separation was good, the specificity was strong, the linear relationship between baicalin concentration and peak area was good in the range of 0.103mg/mL~0.824mg/mL, the negative control had no interference, the average recovery was 97.98 and the precision test RSD was 0.61%. The established method is simple, accurate, specific and reproducible. It can be used to detect the quality of Baihu Dingchuan oral liquid.
