【摘要】：針對(duì)西北地區(qū)卷簾牛舍冬季地面結(jié)冰,造成奶牛行走不便、打滑、跪地甚至傷害牛蹄、乳頭,以及無法使機(jī)械刮糞系統(tǒng)正常作業(yè),影響舍內(nèi)衛(wèi)生等問題,采用計(jì)算流體力學(xué)的方法,模擬該地區(qū)6組矮墻設(shè)計(jì)方式下卷簾牛舍地面溫度場(chǎng)的分布,并對(duì)其中3組進(jìn)行現(xiàn)場(chǎng)試驗(yàn)驗(yàn)證。結(jié)果表明,不同矮墻高度和外保溫方式對(duì)矮墻附近的地面溫度場(chǎng)有很大影響:1)矮墻高度對(duì)地面溫度的影響程度大于墻體保溫措施的應(yīng)用,矮墻高度由0.5m增加到1.5m時(shí),距矮墻2m范圍內(nèi)的地面溫度可提高1.0℃;2)矮墻高度與墻體保溫具有交互效應(yīng),采用1.2m矮墻加外保溫時(shí)與1.4m矮墻無外保溫時(shí)的地面溫度基本相同,綜合考慮矮墻高度和設(shè)置保溫層對(duì)夏季通風(fēng)和建造成本的影響,建議采用1.2m矮墻加外保溫設(shè)計(jì)。
