狐源犬鏈球菌的分離鑒定

【摘要】:對40余份送檢狐貍病料進(jìn)行細(xì)菌分離,采用16S rRNA基因測序和生化試驗(yàn)進(jìn)行鑒定,并進(jìn)行細(xì)菌耐藥性和致病性試驗(yàn)。結(jié)果顯示:在病料中分離到5株革蘭陽性球菌,綜合鑒定為犬鏈球菌;該菌對氨芐西林、氯霉素、環(huán)丙沙星等藥物敏感,但是對四環(huán)素有較強(qiáng)的耐藥性;小鼠致病性試驗(yàn)顯示該菌犬鏈球菌QL001的半數(shù)致死量為5×10~6cfu,有較強(qiáng)的致病性。研究結(jié)果為狐貍鏈球菌病的防控奠定了基礎(chǔ)。
[Abstract]:More than 40 samples of fox disease samples were isolated and identified by 16s rRNA gene sequencing and biochemical test. The drug resistance and pathogenicity of the bacteria were tested. The results showed that 5 strains of Gram-positive cocci were isolated and identified as Streptococcus canis, which was sensitive to ampicillin, chloramphenicol and ciprofloxacin, but resistant to tetracycline. Mouse pathogenicity test showed that the median lethal dose of Streptococcus canis QL001 was 5 脳 10 ~ (6) cfu. it had strong pathogenicity. The results laid a foundation for the prevention and control of fox streptococcus disease.
