蒸餾提取精油后薰衣草秸稈與野干草、小麥秸制作混合青貯的效果評(píng)價(jià)

【摘要】:薰衣草經(jīng)蒸餾提取精油后,產(chǎn)生大量廢棄秸稈,本研究旨在利用混合青貯制作技術(shù),通過測(cè)定其成分比較制作的50%野干草與蒸餾提取精油后薰衣草秸稈混合青貯,60%小麥秸稈與蒸餾提取精油后薰衣草秸稈混合青貯和玉米青貯的效果。結(jié)果表明:兩種混合蒸餾提取精油后薰衣草秸稈青貯均可行,可制成品種良好的青貯飼料;并可有效降低單寧含量,提高類黃酮含量,對(duì)利用廢棄薰衣草秸稈具有很好的效果;其中野干草與蒸餾提取精油后薰衣草秸稈制成的混合青貯品質(zhì)較麥秸與蒸餾提取精油后薰衣草秸稈制作的混合青貯感官上更好,并且在粗蛋白質(zhì)、能量、脂肪等營養(yǎng)指標(biāo)上也優(yōu)于玉米青貯。
[Abstract]:After distilling and extracting essential oil from lavender, a large amount of waste straw was produced. The purpose of this study was to use mixed silage technology. The effects of 60% wheat straw mixed silage and corn silage made by 50% wild hay and distilled essential oil were compared. The results showed that lavender straw silage could be made into silage with good variety after extraction of essential oil by mixed distillation, and it could effectively reduce tannin content, increase flavonoid content, and have a good effect on utilization of waste lavender straw. The quality of mixed silage made by wild hay and lavender straw after distilling essential oil was better than that made by wheat straw and lavender straw after distilling essential oil, and the quality of mixed silage was better than that of wheat straw and lavender straw after distilling essential oil, and the quality of mixed silage was better than that of wheat straw and lavender straw after distilling essential oil. The nutrition index such as fat is also superior to corn silage.
