抑制婁地青霉乳酸菌的研究進(jìn)展

【摘要】：婁地青霉(Penicillium roqueforti)是青貯飼料和焙烤食品中常見(jiàn)的有害霉菌。本文簡(jiǎn)述了婁地青霉對(duì)青貯飼料和焙烤食品的污染情況,針對(duì)可以抑制婁地青霉生長(zhǎng)的乳酸菌種類、抑制機(jī)理和具體應(yīng)用進(jìn)行了論述。旨在為乳酸菌防治婁地青霉的研究提供參考。
[Abstract]:Penicillium (Penicillium roqueforti) is a common harmful mold in silage and baked food. In this paper, the pollution of Penicillium loudii on silage and baked food was briefly described, and the types of lactic acid bacteria that could inhibit the growth of Penicillium loudii, the inhibition mechanism and the specific application were discussed. The purpose of this study was to provide reference for the study of Lactobacillus to control Penicillium loudii.
