【摘要】：正近年來,隨著生活水平的提高,膳食結(jié)構(gòu)也不斷調(diào)整,人們對餐桌上食材的品質(zhì)要求也越來越嚴(yán)苛。就雞蛋來說,農(nóng)貿(mào)市場、商場、超市的雞蛋種類琳瑯滿目,土雞蛋、柴雞蛋、有機(jī)蛋、綠色蛋等令消費(fèi)者不知所措,怎樣才能買到貨真價(jià)實(shí)的雞蛋呢?筆者曾對多家養(yǎng)雞場進(jìn)行走訪對比,發(fā)現(xiàn)了一個(gè)比較成功的養(yǎng)雞模式——森林養(yǎng)雞,通過森林雞的飼養(yǎng)模式能生產(chǎn)出綠化、有機(jī)的畜產(chǎn)品。1養(yǎng)雞的場所養(yǎng)雞場位于黑龍江省穆棱市自平林場中,面積
