【摘要】：為探索荷斯坦牛乳中尿素氮(Milk Urea Nitrogen,MUN)含量變化規(guī)律,利用最小二乘法對江蘇某大型奶牛場5008頭中國荷斯坦奶牛2010年1月到2013年12月98 882條DHI測定日記錄中的MUN含量進行了分析。研究表明:該牛場MUN含量為(12.30±0.01)mg/dL,不同年度、測試季節(jié)、產(chǎn)犢季節(jié)、泌乳月和胎次對MUN含量的影響均達到極顯著水平(P0.01)。其中2013年MUN含量顯著高于其余三年;夏季測定的MUN含量較高,冬季較低;冬季產(chǎn)犢的奶牛乳中MUN含量顯著高于其余三個季節(jié),夏秋兩季產(chǎn)犢的MUN含量最低;第7、8泌乳月的MUN含量最高,第1個泌乳月的MUN含量最低,且差異顯著;各胎次間MUN含量差異顯著,其中第三胎的MUN含量最高,第一胎最低。該結(jié)果可指導牧場重點關(guān)注夏冬兩季、泌乳前期及冬季產(chǎn)犢奶牛乳中的MUN含量。此外,各胎次間乳中的MUN含量也應區(qū)別對待,并根據(jù)變化趨勢合理調(diào)整奶牛日糧配方,以期提高牧場管理水平和經(jīng)濟效益。
[Abstract]:In order to explore the change rule of urea nitrogen (Milk Urea Nitrogen,MUN) content in Holstein milk, the MUN content in 98 882 daily records of 5008 Chinese Holstein cows from January 2010 to December 2013 in a large dairy in Jiangsu Province was analyzed by least square method. The results showed that the MUN content in the cattle farm was (12.30 鹵0.01) mg/dL, in different years. The effect of test season, calving season, milking month and birth number on MUN content was significant (P0.01). The MUN content in 2013 was significantly higher than that in the other three years, the content of MUN in summer was higher than that in winter, the content of MUN in milk of calving in winter was significantly higher than that in the other three seasons, and the content of MUN in calving in summer and autumn was the lowest. The content of MUN was the highest in the 7th month of lactation, and the lowest in the first month of lactation, and the difference was significant, and the content of MUN in the third fetus was the highest, and that in the first baby was the lowest. The results can guide the pasture to focus on the MUN content in the milk of dairy cows in summer and winter, in the early stage of lactation and in the calving in winter. In addition, the content of MUN in milk should be treated differently, and the formula of dairy cattle diet should be adjusted according to the changing trend, in order to improve the level of pasture management and economic benefit.
