【摘要】：奶牛養(yǎng)殖業(yè)在整個奶業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈中占有重要地位,是奶業(yè)發(fā)展的"第1車間",而規(guī)�；悄膛ｐB(yǎng)殖業(yè)發(fā)展的必然趨勢。中國與日本在奶牛養(yǎng)殖業(yè)發(fā)展歷程中特別是規(guī)�；^程中具有很大的相似性,也在規(guī)�；l(fā)展起步、規(guī)�；瘶�(biāo)準(zhǔn)、規(guī)�；潭取⒔�(jīng)營方式、政府支持政策等方面存在諸多不同。在梳理中日奶牛養(yǎng)殖業(yè)發(fā)展歷程與發(fā)展概況的基礎(chǔ)上,對中日奶牛養(yǎng)殖業(yè)規(guī)�；l(fā)展進行比較分析。結(jié)果發(fā)現(xiàn),中國在奶牛養(yǎng)殖業(yè)規(guī)�；l(fā)展中應(yīng)借鑒日本經(jīng)驗,打好扎實基礎(chǔ),采取漸進方式發(fā)展規(guī)模化養(yǎng)殖;依托家庭牧場的經(jīng)營方式,發(fā)展適度規(guī)模經(jīng)營,走以中小規(guī)模為主的養(yǎng)殖模式;適時調(diào)整奶業(yè)政策的支持力度,走效益最大化和環(huán)境友好型的發(fā)展道路。
[Abstract]:Dairy cattle industry plays an important role in the whole dairy industry chain and is the "first workshop" of dairy industry development, and scale is the inevitable trend of dairy industry development. There are great similarities between China and Japan in the development of dairy cattle industry, especially in the process of large-scale development. There are also many differences in the development of scale, the standard of scale, the degree of scale, the mode of operation, the government support policy and so on. On the basis of combing the development course and general situation of dairy cattle breeding between China and Japan, this paper makes a comparative analysis on the scale development of dairy cattle breeding between China and Japan. The results showed that China should draw lessons from the Japanese experience, lay a solid foundation, take a gradual approach to develop large-scale farming, rely on the management mode of family pastures, and develop moderate scale management. We should take the breeding mode with medium and small scale, adjust the support strength of dairy industry policy, and take the path of maximum benefit and environment-friendly development.
