【摘要】：VICH是指獸藥注冊技術(shù)要求國際協(xié)調(diào)合作組織。血藥法生物等效性試驗是獸藥等效性研究的重要方法。VICH血藥法生物等效性指導原則介紹了除多次采血困難的靶動物(如蜂、魚)的動物血藥法生物等效性的實驗試驗建議,使基本藥代動力學試驗、生物等效性試驗設(shè)計和統(tǒng)計分析原則等在VICH地區(qū)得到互認。該指導原則2016年8月開始實施。
[Abstract]:VICH refers to the registration of veterinary drugs technical requirements for international coordination and cooperation organization. Blood drug bioequivalence test is an important method in the study of veterinary drug equivalence. The guiding principle of blood drug bioequivalence is introduced in this paper. The experimental recommendations on the bioequivalence of blood drug method for target animals (such as bees and fish) which are difficult to collect blood from many times are introduced. The basic pharmacokinetic test, bioequivalence test design and statistical analysis principles are recognized in VICH region. The guidelines were implemented in August 2016.
