【摘要】：小肽是蛋白質(zhì)在動(dòng)物消化道內(nèi)消化成氨基酸的中間產(chǎn)物,蛋白質(zhì)的營(yíng)養(yǎng)實(shí)際上就是小肽和氨基酸的營(yíng)養(yǎng),通過(guò)深入的研究,人們認(rèn)識(shí)到動(dòng)物對(duì)蛋白質(zhì)的需要并不能完全由游離氨基酸來(lái)滿足,小肽的營(yíng)養(yǎng)起著重要的作用。本文主要論述了小肽的吸收途徑與吸收機(jī)制,吸收的特點(diǎn),小肽的營(yíng)養(yǎng)特點(diǎn)及在反芻動(dòng)物中的應(yīng)用及發(fā)展前景。
[Abstract]:Small peptide is the intermediate product of protein digesting into amino acid in animal digestive tract. The nutrition of protein is actually the nutrition of small peptide and amino acid. It is recognized that the protein needs of animals can not be completely satisfied by free amino acids, and the nutrition of small peptides plays an important role. In this paper, the absorption pathway and mechanism of small peptides, the characteristics of absorption, the nutritional characteristics of small peptides and their application in ruminants and their development prospects are discussed.
