血粉酶解的發(fā)酵工藝條件優(yōu)化研究

【摘要】:目前蛋白資源匱乏現(xiàn)象日益嚴(yán)重,開發(fā)新的蛋白資源和合理利用現(xiàn)有的蛋白資源成為畜牧業(yè)亟待解決的問題。血粉資源豐富,且蛋白含量高,但是血粉適口性差,氨基酸不平衡,因此大部分被浪費(fèi)了。合理利用血粉不僅可以緩解蛋白資源短缺的現(xiàn)狀,還可以減少環(huán)境污染。酶解血粉的發(fā)酵工藝優(yōu)化是通過培養(yǎng)條件和培養(yǎng)基選擇提高菌株產(chǎn)酶能力,復(fù)合菌株產(chǎn)蛋白酶類型和種類互相補(bǔ)充,使蛋白酶系更為齊全,使血粉蛋白質(zhì)的酶解更充分,消化率率更高,且改善了血粉的適口性,增加了血粉的飼用價(jià)值。該血粉的研發(fā)既有效緩解了蛋白資源短缺的現(xiàn)狀,又有效利用了血粉資源,具有較大的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。
[Abstract]:At present, the shortage of protein resources is becoming more and more serious, so the development of new protein resources and the rational utilization of existing protein resources have become the urgent problems to be solved in animal husbandry. Blood meal is rich in resources and high in protein content, but its palatability is poor and amino acid is not balanced, so most of them are wasted. Reasonable utilization of blood powder can not only alleviate the shortage of protein resources, but also reduce environmental pollution. The optimization of fermentation technology of blood powder by enzymatic hydrolysis is to improve the enzyme production ability of the strain through the selection of culture conditions and culture medium, and supplement each other with the types and types of protease produced by the compound strain, so that the protease system is more complete and the enzymatic hydrolysis of blood meal protein is more adequate. The digestibility was higher and the palatability of blood meal was improved, and the feeding value of blood meal was increased. The research and development of the blood powder not only alleviated the current situation of protein resource shortage, but also utilized the blood meal resource effectively, which is of great practical significance.
