將淀粉糖的濕基糖渣廢料加工為高脂糖蛋白飼料的工藝研究與開發(fā)

【摘要】:在各種淀粉糖漿的大規(guī)模工業(yè)化生產(chǎn)過程中,在高溫液化工序后,會產(chǎn)生糖化殘渣廢料,產(chǎn)生量約為淀粉投入量的3%左右。該糖渣具有較高的脂肪和蛋白含量,是理想的飼料來源。如果直接作為粗飼料販賣,經(jīng)濟價值很低,如果能夠進行干燥處理,則可大大提高其經(jīng)濟價值。然而由于其具有高含水量、高粘度、對熱敏感、易燃等復(fù)雜特性,淀粉糖行業(yè)內(nèi)還沒有針對該糖化殘渣的成熟的干燥設(shè)備及干燥工藝系統(tǒng)。本研究項目經(jīng)過對物料特性、干燥方式、干燥設(shè)備、干燥工藝系統(tǒng)等研究,經(jīng)過工藝設(shè)計、關(guān)鍵設(shè)備設(shè)計制造、中試、生產(chǎn)試驗,將糖化殘渣加工為高脂糖蛋白飼料(脂肪≥20%,蛋白≥15%),有效解決了高黏度、高易燃性、易變色、變質(zhì)物料的干燥工藝難題,生產(chǎn)過程的PLC變頻控制使生產(chǎn)工藝條件調(diào)控更靈活,產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量更穩(wěn)定。最終實現(xiàn)了產(chǎn)業(yè)化規(guī)模生產(chǎn),得到的高脂糖蛋白飼料產(chǎn)品,脂肪含量20%以上,蛋白含量15%以上,易于運輸保存,保質(zhì)期為半年左右,使產(chǎn)品附加值增加500元/噸以上,具有較高的經(jīng)濟價值。
