【摘要】：圍產(chǎn)期是奶牛泌乳周期中十分重要的時(shí)期,該時(shí)期由于奶牛經(jīng)歷劇烈的生理變化,代謝增強(qiáng)、氧化應(yīng)激產(chǎn)生、免疫功能改變,奶牛處于能量負(fù)平衡狀態(tài),多發(fā)能量代謝紊亂性疾病。煙酸在圍產(chǎn)期奶牛糖、脂代謝中發(fā)揮重要的調(diào)控作用。本文總結(jié)了近些年煙酸對圍產(chǎn)期奶牛能量代謝的影響及其調(diào)控機(jī)理,旨在為相關(guān)的深入研究以及煙酸在圍產(chǎn)期奶牛上的合理應(yīng)用提供參考。
[Abstract]:The perinatal period is a very important period in the lactation cycle of dairy cows. During this period, the cows are in a negative balance of energy due to the intense physiological changes, the enhancement of metabolism, the production of oxidative stress, the changes of immune function, and the changes of the immune function. Multiple disorders of energy metabolism. Nicotinic acid plays an important role in the metabolism of sugar and lipid in perinatal cows. In this paper, the effects of niacin on the energy metabolism and its regulation mechanism in perinatal cows were summarized in order to provide reference for further research and rational application of niacin in perinatal cows.
