家畜基因組選擇研究進展

【摘要】:近年來,隨著基因芯片技術(shù)的發(fā)展與育種技術(shù)的進步,動植物的基因組選擇成為研究熱點。在家畜育種中,基因組選擇憑借其準(zhǔn)確性高、世代間隔短和育種成本低等優(yōu)勢被應(yīng)用于各種經(jīng)濟動物的種畜選擇中。本文詳細(xì)介紹了基因分型技術(shù)和基因組育種值估計方法(最小二乘法、RR-BLUP法、GBLUP法、ssGBLUP法、貝葉斯A法、貝葉斯B法等),并對這些育種方法選用的標(biāo)記范圍、準(zhǔn)確性以及計算速度進行了比較,總結(jié)了我國和其他國家基因組選擇在種畜選擇中的應(yīng)用情況及存在的問題,展望了目前國內(nèi)外在基因組選擇上的最新研究動態(tài)及進展,以期為其他育種工作者進一步了解基因組選擇提供參考。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the development of gene chip technology and breeding technology, genome selection of animals and plants has become a hot topic. In livestock breeding, genomic selection has been applied to the selection of various economic animals because of its high accuracy, short generation interval and low breeding cost. This paper introduces in detail the genotyping technique and genome breeding value estimation methods (RR-BLUP method and GBLUP method, Bayesian A method, Bayesian B method, etc.), and the range of markers selected for these breeding methods. The accuracy and calculation speed are compared, the application and problems of genome selection in China and other countries are summarized, and the latest research trends and progress in genome selection at home and abroad are prospected. In order to provide reference for other breeders to further understand genome selection.
