張掖育肥牛舍冬季采光與通風(fēng)設(shè)計(jì)及應(yīng)用效果

【摘要】:為了提高冬季肉牛的飼養(yǎng)水平,試驗(yàn)根據(jù)張掖地區(qū)的氣候狀況和建筑日照參數(shù)對(duì)牛舍進(jìn)行采光與通風(fēng)設(shè)計(jì),并應(yīng)用于實(shí)際生產(chǎn)。該牛舍設(shè)計(jì)為東西朝向,共飼養(yǎng)240頭體重約400 kg的育肥牛。根據(jù)太陽日照確定牛舍屋頂2條1.2 m采光帶,冬至10:00—14:00光線可直接照射牛體,減緩肉牛冷應(yīng)激。將建造后的牛舍應(yīng)用于實(shí)際飼養(yǎng),并對(duì)舍內(nèi)環(huán)境因子進(jìn)行檢測(cè)。結(jié)果表明:在通氣縫開啟狀態(tài)下,舍外日平均溫度為-5.2℃時(shí),舍內(nèi)日平均溫度為1.68℃,舍內(nèi)最高溫度為10.6℃、最低溫度為-5.6℃;風(fēng)速為0.23 m/s,總通風(fēng)量為21 772.8 m~3/h;相對(duì)濕度08:00時(shí)為81.7%,14:00時(shí)為34.5%,20:00時(shí)為56.8%,基本符合肉牛生產(chǎn)要求;舍內(nèi)NH_3濃度為0.7 mg/m~3,CO_2濃度為705.0 mg/m~3,平均照度超過50 lx,均達(dá)到飼養(yǎng)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。說明牛舍設(shè)計(jì)合理、通風(fēng)與采光效果較好,值得推廣。
[Abstract]:In order to improve the raising level of beef cattle in winter, the light and ventilation design of cattle sheds was carried out according to the climatic conditions and building sunshine parameters in Zhangye area, and was applied to practical production. The cowshed was designed for east-west orientation and raised 240 fattening cattle weighing about 400 kg. According to the sun sunshine, two 1.2 m daylighting belts were determined on the roof of the cowshed. The Winter Solstice 1000-14: 00 light could directly illuminate the body of cattle and alleviate the cold stress of beef cattle.
