日糧添加灰氈毛忍冬藤葉粉對肥育豬血清生化指標(biāo)與脂肪代謝的影響

【摘要】:本試驗旨在研究日糧中添加灰氈毛忍冬藤葉粉對肥育豬血清生化、肝臟中脂肪酸組成以及脂肪代謝相關(guān)基因表達(dá)的影響。選用同欄舍、同批次的二元雜交(長×大)健康閹公豬(55±1.03 kg)16欄,按照體重相近原則隨機(jī)分成2個處理組,即基礎(chǔ)日糧(對照組)、基礎(chǔ)日糧+1%灰氈毛忍冬藤葉粉,每組8個重復(fù),每個重復(fù)10頭。試驗期為60 d。結(jié)果表明:1)與對照組相比,日糧添加灰氈毛忍冬藤葉粉降低了血清中總膽固醇(TC)(P0.05),而顯著提高C型反應(yīng)蛋白(CRP)含量(P0.05);2)與對照組相比,日糧中添加灰氈毛忍冬藤葉粉使肝臟中飽和脂肪酸(SFA)中c13:0和單不飽和脂肪酸(MUFA)中的c14:1含量均顯著降低(P0.05);3)與對照組相比,日糧中添加灰氈毛忍冬藤葉粉上調(diào)了肝臟中甘油三酯脂肪酶(ATGL)和肉堿棕櫚;D(zhuǎn)移酶1(CPT1A)的基因表達(dá)量(P0.05);而下調(diào)了脂肪合成酶(FAS)的基因表達(dá)量(P0.10)。綜上所述,日糧中添加灰氈毛忍冬藤葉粉能有效降低肥育豬血液中膽固醇和甘油三酯的含量,可能通過調(diào)控脂肪代謝基因ATGL、CPT1和FAS的表達(dá),進(jìn)而調(diào)控育肥豬肝臟的脂肪代謝。
[Abstract]:The purpose of this study was to study the effects of the addition of leaf powder of Lonicera japonica on serum biochemistry, fatty acid composition in liver and the expression of genes related to fat metabolism in fattening pigs. In the same column and in the same batch, 16 rows of crossbred (long 脳 large) healthy castrated boars (55 鹵1.03 kg) were randomly divided into two groups according to the principle of similar body weight: basal diet (control group) and basal diet of 1% powdered leaves of Lonicera feldis. There were 8 replicates in each group and 10 repeats in each group. The experimental period is 60 days. The results showed that compared with the control group, the content of serum total cholesterol (TC) (P0.05) was significantly increased in the diet supplemented with the leaf powder of Lonicera felvidis (P0.05), but the content of C-type reactive protein (CRP) was significantly increased (P0.05) compared with the control group. The contents of C13: 0 in (SFA) and C14: 1 in monounsaturated fatty acid (MUFA) in liver were significantly decreased (P0.05) compared with the control group. The gene expression of triglyceride lipase (ATGL) and carnitine palm acyltransferase 1 (CPT1A) in liver was up-regulated by adding leaf powder of Lonicera japonica in diet (P0.05), but the gene expression of (FAS) was down-regulated (P0.10). To sum up, the dietary supplementation of leaf powder of Lonicera feldis can effectively reduce the content of cholesterol and triglyceride in blood of fattening pigs, which may regulate the fat metabolism of the liver of fattening pigs by regulating the expression of fat metabolism genes ATGL,CPT1 and FAS.
