光照和日糧能量干預(yù)對(duì)絨山羊消化率、毛囊活性和產(chǎn)絨性能的影響

【摘要】:試驗(yàn)研究光照和日糧能量干預(yù)對(duì)內(nèi)蒙古白絨山羊營(yíng)養(yǎng)物質(zhì)表觀(guān)消化率、毛囊活性和產(chǎn)絨性能的影響。選擇體況良好,體重為(20.36±2.63)kg的2周歲內(nèi)蒙古白絨山羊24只,隨機(jī)分為4組,每組6只,分別為高能量自然光照組(Ⅰ)、高能量短光照組(Ⅱ)、低能量自然光照組(Ⅲ)和低能量短光照組(Ⅳ),進(jìn)行5個(gè)月的光照控制飼喂試驗(yàn)。結(jié)果表明,7月份Ⅳ組次級(jí)毛囊活性顯著高于Ⅰ組(P0.05),Ⅱ組和Ⅳ組試驗(yàn)羊的CP消化率顯著高于Ⅰ組和Ⅲ組(P0.05);9月份Ⅳ組試驗(yàn)羊的DM表觀(guān)消化率顯著高于Ⅲ組(P0.05),Ⅲ組的NDF和CP表觀(guān)消化率顯著低于Ⅳ組和Ⅰ組(P0.05),Ⅱ組次級(jí)毛囊活性顯著高于其他三個(gè)組(P0.05);10月份,Ⅰ組試驗(yàn)羊平均體重顯著高于Ⅳ組(P0.05),Ⅱ組和Ⅳ組試驗(yàn)羊的CP消化率顯著高于Ⅰ組和Ⅲ組(P0.05),Ⅳ組次級(jí)毛囊活性顯著高于Ⅱ組(P0.05),Ⅱ組和Ⅳ組試驗(yàn)羊的平均絨長(zhǎng)度均顯著高于Ⅰ組和Ⅲ組(P0.05);Ⅳ組試驗(yàn)羊的平均絨細(xì)度顯著低于Ⅰ組(P0.05);Ⅲ組試驗(yàn)羊的平均絨重量顯著低于Ⅱ組(P0.05)。在本試驗(yàn)條件下,相同光照時(shí)間高能量組試驗(yàn)羊平均體重提高6.98%,絨細(xì)度增加;相同能量水平短光照組試驗(yàn)羊的DM、NDF和CP表觀(guān)消化率顯著提高,皮膚次級(jí)毛囊活性,絨長(zhǎng)度和絨重量顯著提高。
