鉬鎘聯(lián)合誘導(dǎo)對(duì)鴨組織器官中微量元素含量的影響

【摘要】:旨在探討鉬鎘聯(lián)合誘導(dǎo)對(duì)鴨組織器官中微量元素含量的影響。選取120羽11日齡"江南2號(hào)"麻鴨隨機(jī)分成對(duì)照組、低鉬組、高鉬組、鎘組、低鉬鎘組和高鉬鎘組,每組20羽,以(NH_4)_6Mo_7O_(24)·4H_2O和3CdSO_4·8H_2O作為鉬源和鎘源,對(duì)照組飼喂基礎(chǔ)日糧,其余各組分別在每千克基礎(chǔ)日糧中添加Mo 15 mg、Mo 100 mg、Cd 4 mg、Mo15mg+Cd 4mg和Mo 100mg+Cd 4mg,試驗(yàn)期120d。于試驗(yàn)60、120d每組隨機(jī)選10羽鴨剖殺,采集相應(yīng)組織器官,用原子吸收分光光度法測(cè)定心臟、肺臟、大腦、氣管、肌肉中Mo、Cd、Cu、Fe、Zn、Se含量。結(jié)果表明:鉬鎘及其聯(lián)合誘導(dǎo)使各組織器官中Mo、Cd含量升高(P0.01),Cu、Fe、Zn、Se含量降低(P0.05或P0.01),且鉬鎘聯(lián)合組比單獨(dú)組下降更明顯,鉬鎘呈協(xié)同作用。
[Abstract]:The aim of this study was to investigate the effect of molybdenum and cadmium combined induction on the content of trace elements in duck tissues and organs. 120 11-day-old "Jiangnan No.2" ducks were randomly divided into control group, low molybdenum group, high molybdenum group, cadmium group, low molybdenum cadmium group and high molybdenum cadmium group with 20 in each group. (NH_4) 6Mo7O24 4H_2O and 3CdSO_4 8H_2O were used as molybdenum source and cadmium source. The other groups were fed with Mo 15 mg,Mo 100 mg,Cd 4 mg,Mo15mg Cd 4mg and Mo 100mg Cd 4 mg per kg basal diet for 120 days. Ten ducks of each group were selected randomly for 60120 days in the experiment. The Mo,Cd,Cu,Fe,Zn,Se contents in heart, lung, brain, trachea and muscle were measured by atomic absorption spectrophotometry. The results showed that the content of Mo,Cd in tissues and organs increased (P0.01) and decreased (P0.05 or P0.01) after molybdenum and cadmium and its combined induction, and the content of Mo and CD in the combined group was more obvious than that in the single group, and there was a synergistic effect of Mo and CD.
