【摘要】：為了解雞內(nèi)源性抗菌肽NK-lysin的基本信息,試驗(yàn)選擇雞NK-lysin的氨基酸序列通過軟件對(duì)NK-lysin的生物信息學(xué)進(jìn)行了分析。結(jié)果表明:NK-lysin的等電點(diǎn)為5.87,分子質(zhì)量為15 231.3 u,為穩(wěn)定蛋白和親水蛋白,定位于細(xì)胞質(zhì)內(nèi),有1個(gè)跨膜區(qū)和1個(gè)信號(hào)肽,沒有糖基化位點(diǎn),但有2個(gè)磷酸化位點(diǎn),二級(jí)結(jié)構(gòu)由α螺旋、延伸鏈、β折疊和無規(guī)則卷曲組成,存在多個(gè)抗原表位。說明雞抗菌肽NK-lysin可作用于細(xì)胞膜或某些生物分子,使菌體死亡。
[Abstract]:In order to understand the basic information of chicken endogenous antimicrobial peptide (NK-lysin), the amino acid sequence of chicken NK-lysin was selected to analyze the bioinformatics of NK-lysin by software. The results showed that the isoelectric point and molecular weight of 1: NK-lysin were 5.87 and 15 231.3 u. they were stable proteins and hydrophilic proteins, located in the cytoplasm, with a transmembrane region and a signal peptide, no glycosylation sites, but two phosphorylation sites. The secondary structure consists of 偽 helix, extension chain, 尾 -fold and irregular crimp, and there are many antigenic epitopes. The results showed that chicken antimicrobial peptide NK-lysin could act on the cell membrane or some biomolecules and kill the bacteria.
