低銅飼糧添加枯草芽孢桿菌對5~16周齡五龍鵝腸道發(fā)育、微生物菌群結(jié)構(gòu)及血清酶活性的影響

【摘要】:本試驗旨在研究低銅飼糧添加枯草芽孢桿菌對5~16周齡五龍鵝腸道發(fā)育、微生物菌群結(jié)構(gòu)及血清酶活性的影響。試驗選用29日齡五龍鵝360只,隨機分為6組,每組6個重復(fù),每個重復(fù)10只(公母各占1/2)。Ⅰ組為最適銅添加組(銅添加水平為16 mg/kg,未添加枯草芽孢桿菌);Ⅱ~Ⅵ組為枯草芽孢桿菌添加組,銅添加水平分別為0、4、8、12、16 mg/kg,枯草芽孢桿菌添加水平均為250mg/kg。試驗期12周。結(jié)果表明:1)Ⅱ~Ⅵ組的空腸絨毛高度和絨腺比極顯著高于Ⅰ組(P0.01),空腸隱窩深度顯著或極顯著低于Ⅰ組(P0.05或P0.01);Ⅲ、Ⅴ、Ⅵ組的空腸腸壁厚度顯著高于Ⅰ組(P0.05)。Ⅱ~Ⅵ組之間的空腸絨毛高度、腸壁厚度和絨腺比無顯著差異(P0.05);Ⅱ組的空腸隱窩深度顯著低于Ⅴ和Ⅵ組(P0.05)。2)Ⅱ~Ⅵ組的盲腸大腸桿菌數(shù)量極顯著低于Ⅰ組(P0.01),盲腸雙歧桿菌和乳酸桿菌數(shù)量顯著或極顯著高于Ⅰ組(P0.05或P0.01)。Ⅱ~Ⅵ組之間的盲腸大腸桿菌、雙歧桿菌和乳酸桿菌數(shù)量差異不顯著(P0.05)。3)Ⅳ組的血清谷丙轉(zhuǎn)氨酶(ALT)活性顯著低于Ⅰ組(P0.05),Ⅴ組血清谷草轉(zhuǎn)氨酶(AST)和乳酸脫氫酶(LDH)活性顯著低于Ⅰ組(P0.05);Ⅱ組血清ALT、AST、LDH活性與Ⅰ組差異不顯著(P0.05)。Ⅳ組血清堿性磷酸酶(AKP)活性顯著高于Ⅰ組(P0.05);Ⅱ組血清AKP活性顯著低于Ⅰ組(P0.05)。由此可見,低銅飼糧添加枯草芽孢桿菌能夠促進五龍鵝腸道發(fā)育,優(yōu)化微生物菌群結(jié)構(gòu);銅對鵝腸道發(fā)育及微生物菌群結(jié)構(gòu)影響較小。適宜的枯草芽孢桿菌和銅添加水平能夠維護機體健康,相互間具有協(xié)同作用。
