板藍(lán)根超微粉粉體特性及水溶性成分溶出研究

【摘要】:通過對板藍(lán)根超微粉碎粉體特性研究,為中藥超微粉推廣應(yīng)用提供依據(jù)。試驗通過掃描電鏡、激光粒度分析儀及高效液相色譜對板藍(lán)根超微粉、板藍(lán)根普通粉的粒度及水溶性活性成分溶出進(jìn)行檢測,探討超微粉碎對中藥粉碎粒度、活性成分溶出影響。試驗結(jié)果顯示板藍(lán)根超微粉和普通粉D50分別為5.6、171.058μm;比表面積分別為1.551、0.225 cm2/g;休止角分別為47.43°、42.95°;松密度分別為0.39、0.48 g/cm3。電鏡觀察超微粉看不到完整細(xì)胞結(jié)構(gòu),多為細(xì)胞碎片,而普通粉可以看到完整的細(xì)胞。板藍(lán)根超微粉和普通粉水溶性浸出物的溶出量大約為50%和42%。板藍(lán)根超微粉和普通粉多糖提取率分別為9.34%和8.36%。板藍(lán)根超微粉和普通粉中(R,S)-告依春的含量分別為1.068、0.784 mg/g。板藍(lán)根經(jīng)過超微粉碎后,中直粒徑可達(dá)5.6μm,細(xì)胞破壁率可達(dá)100%,而普通粉破壁率僅為31.74%;板藍(lán)根經(jīng)超微粉碎對多糖的溶出顯示為超微粉大于普通粉,板藍(lán)根超微粉水溶性活性成分告依春溶出率優(yōu)于普通粉。
[Abstract]:The characteristics of ultrafine pulverized powder of Radix Isatidis were studied in order to provide the basis for the popularization and application of ultrafine powder of traditional Chinese medicine. The ultrafine powder of Radix Isatidis, ordinary powder of Radix Isatidis and soluble active components were detected by scanning electron microscope, laser particle size analyzer and high performance liquid chromatography. Effects of active components on dissolution. The results showed that the D50 of ultrafine powder and ordinary powder of Isatidis was 5.6171.058 渭 m, the specific surface area was 1.551 鹵0.225 cm ~ 2 / g, the angle of repose was 47.43 擄and the loose density was 0.39 ~ 0.48 g / cm ~ 3, respectively. The ultrafine powder could not see the whole cell structure, most of them were cell fragments, but the ordinary powder could see the whole cell. The dissolution rates of ultrafine powder and water soluble extract of Radix Isatidis are about 50% and 42% respectively. The extraction rates of polysaccharide from Radix Isatidis and Radix Isatidis were 9.34% and 8.36%, respectively. The content of (RCS) in ultrafine powder and ordinary powder of Radix Isatidis was 1.068,0.784 mg / g / g, respectively. After ultrafine pulverization, the medium diameter of Radix Isatidis can reach 5.6 渭 m, the cell wall breaking rate can reach 100, while the rate of common powder breaking wall is only 31.744.The dissolution of polysaccharides from Isatidis root shows that ultrafine powder is larger than ordinary powder. The dissolution rate of water soluble active component of Radix Isatidis ultrafine powder was better than that of common powder.
