添加糖蜜和青貯添加劑對(duì)“張雜谷”全株青貯發(fā)酵品質(zhì)的影響

【摘要】:試驗(yàn)旨在研究不同水平的糖蜜和青貯添加劑(復(fù)合菌制劑,以植物乳桿菌為主)對(duì)"張雜谷"全株青貯發(fā)酵品質(zhì)和營(yíng)養(yǎng)成分的影響。以灌漿期"張雜谷"全株作為青貯原料,試驗(yàn)設(shè)5個(gè)處理組,即對(duì)照組(直接青貯)、Ⅰ組(1.5‰青貯添加劑)、Ⅱ組(2%糖蜜+1.5‰青貯添加劑)、Ⅲ組(4%糖蜜+1.5‰青貯添加劑)、Ⅳ組(6%糖蜜+1.5‰青貯添加劑),青貯期60d。結(jié)果顯示:(1)試驗(yàn)組在感官評(píng)分上均優(yōu)于對(duì)照組,試驗(yàn)組干物質(zhì)(DM)含量均顯著高于對(duì)照組(P0.05),粗蛋白質(zhì)(CP)含量均高于對(duì)照組;(2)顯著降低了試驗(yàn)組(除Ⅰ組外)青貯飼料中酸性洗滌纖維(ADF)、中性洗滌纖維(NDF)和半纖維素(HC)含量(P0.05),對(duì)灰分含量影響不大(P0.05);(3)與對(duì)照組相比,試驗(yàn)組pH、氨態(tài)氮/總氮(AN/TN)值均顯著降低(P0.05),乳酸顯著提高(P0.05),Ⅰ、Ⅳ組乙酸含量均顯著降低(P0.05),各試驗(yàn)組丙酸含量均顯著降低(P0.05),在試驗(yàn)組和對(duì)照組中均沒(méi)檢出丁酸和異戊酸。綜合分析認(rèn)為,糖蜜和青貯添加劑能改善"張雜谷"全株青貯的發(fā)酵品質(zhì),推薦用量為4%糖蜜+1.5‰青貯添加劑。
