【摘要】：為了探討營養(yǎng)水平對22~40kg灘羊不同脂肪組織中FABP4mRNA表達(dá)的影響,為灘羊脂肪代謝的營養(yǎng)調(diào)控研究提供基礎(chǔ)數(shù)據(jù),本試驗選擇年齡、體重相近的健康灘羊112只,公母各半,隨機(jī)分為4組,每組4個重復(fù),每個重復(fù)7只羊。并參考肉羊飼養(yǎng)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)NY/T(816-2004),根據(jù)生長階段(22~28kg,29~35kg,36~40kg),以目標(biāo)增重設(shè)計標(biāo)準(zhǔn)日糧,每階段設(shè)置4個營養(yǎng)水平,日糧能量和蛋白質(zhì)水平分別為0.84×標(biāo)準(zhǔn)(Ⅰ組)、0.96×標(biāo)準(zhǔn)(Ⅱ組)、1.08×標(biāo)準(zhǔn)(Ⅲ組)和1.20×標(biāo)準(zhǔn)(Ⅳ組),分別飼喂4組試驗灘羊。于每階段末每個重復(fù)屠宰1只試驗羊,取尾部脂肪、腎周脂肪和皮下脂肪組織,通過實時熒光定量PCR檢測FABP4mRNA表達(dá)水平。結(jié)果表明:(1)尾部脂肪和皮下脂肪FABP4mRNA的表達(dá)量隨體重增加呈上升趨勢;(2)Ⅰ組中,三個生長階段灘羊腎周脂肪FABP4mRNA的表達(dá)量均顯著高于尾部脂肪(P0.05),皮下脂肪FABP4mRNA的表達(dá)量在第一階段和第三階段顯著高于尾部脂肪(P0.05);(3)Ⅱ組中,隨著體重增加,尾部脂肪FABP4mRNA的表達(dá)量增速較快;(4)Ⅲ組中,隨著體重增加,灘羊腎周脂肪FABP4mRNA的表達(dá)量增速較慢;(5)Ⅳ組中,第二階段灘羊皮下脂肪FABP4mRNA的表達(dá)量顯著高于尾部脂肪和腎周脂肪(P0.05)。因此,灘羊首先保證腎周脂肪沉積,且受營養(yǎng)水平影響較小,營養(yǎng)充足(或過剩)有利于增加皮下和尾部脂肪的沉積。
