【摘要】：針對(duì)我國(guó)飼料混合機(jī)的發(fā)展需要及其混合機(jī)理的研究現(xiàn)狀,對(duì)葉板式飼料混合機(jī)進(jìn)行了機(jī)理分析與參數(shù)優(yōu)化。通過理論分析和高速攝像研究,按物料運(yùn)動(dòng)特征將混合室內(nèi)物料分布區(qū)域劃分為蠕動(dòng)區(qū)、滑動(dòng)區(qū)、拋落區(qū),其中蠕動(dòng)區(qū)以剪切混合為主,滑動(dòng)區(qū)以較強(qiáng)的剪切混合為主,拋落區(qū)以較強(qiáng)的剪切混合與擴(kuò)散混合為主、伴隨較弱的對(duì)流混合,且各個(gè)區(qū)域的位置、大小、形狀受結(jié)構(gòu)和運(yùn)行參數(shù)的影響很大。在物料充滿系數(shù)為65%的條件下(通過預(yù)試驗(yàn)確定),以影響混合過程的主要因素——葉板寬度、轉(zhuǎn)子轉(zhuǎn)速、混合時(shí)間作為試驗(yàn)因素,以變異系數(shù)作為評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo),采用三因素五水平正交旋轉(zhuǎn)組合試驗(yàn)方法進(jìn)行試驗(yàn)。結(jié)果表明:各因素對(duì)變異系數(shù)的影響由大到小依次為轉(zhuǎn)子轉(zhuǎn)速、混合時(shí)間、葉板寬度;當(dāng)試驗(yàn)參數(shù)組合為葉板寬度138 mm、混合時(shí)間4.7 min、轉(zhuǎn)子轉(zhuǎn)速32.5 r/min時(shí),變異系數(shù)為3.11%。
[Abstract]:In view of the development needs of feed mixer in China and the research status of its mixing mechanism, the mechanism analysis and parameter optimization of blade plate feed mixer were carried out. Through theoretical analysis and high speed camera research, the distribution area of materials in mixing room is divided into creep zone, sliding zone and falling area according to the characteristics of material movement. Among them, shearing mixing is dominant in creep zone and strong shear mixing is in sliding zone. The falling zone is dominated by strong shear mixing and diffusion mixing, accompanied by weak convection mixing, and the location, size and shape of each region are greatly affected by the structure and operation parameters. Under the condition of material filling coefficient of 65% (determined by pre-test), the main factors affecting the mixing process, such as blade width, rotor speed and mixing time, are taken as test factors and coefficient of variation as evaluation index. Three factors and five levels of orthogonal rotation combined test method was used to carry out the test. The results showed that the influence of various factors on the coefficient of variation was the rotor speed, mixing time and blade width, and the coefficient of variation was 3.11 when the test parameters were 138mm for the width of the blade plate, 4.7 minutes for the mixing time and 32.5 r/min for the rotor speed.
