α-酮戊二酸和大蒜素對(duì)生長(zhǎng)豬生長(zhǎng)發(fā)育及養(yǎng)分表觀消化率的影響

【摘要】:本試驗(yàn)旨在研究α-酮戊二酸(AKG)和大蒜素對(duì)生長(zhǎng)豬生長(zhǎng)性能、養(yǎng)分表觀消化率、血清生化指標(biāo)以及腸道形態(tài)結(jié)構(gòu)的影響。選用40頭初始平均體重為(30.64±1.35)kg的健康三元(杜×長(zhǎng)×大)雜交生長(zhǎng)豬,按體重相近、性別比例相同原則隨機(jī)分為5組,每組8個(gè)重復(fù),每個(gè)重復(fù)1頭豬。5組試驗(yàn)豬分別飼喂無抗基礎(chǔ)飼糧(對(duì)照組)、無抗基礎(chǔ)飼糧+25 mg/kg抗生素(Ⅰ組)、無抗基礎(chǔ)飼糧+1%AKG(Ⅱ組)、無抗基礎(chǔ)飼糧+0.5%大蒜素(Ⅲ組)、無抗基礎(chǔ)飼糧+1%AKG+0.5%大蒜素(Ⅳ組)。預(yù)試期7d,正試期21d。結(jié)果表明:1)與對(duì)照組相比,Ⅰ組和Ⅳ組生長(zhǎng)豬的平均日增重分別提高了10.80%和9.91%,但差異不顯著(P0.05)。2)與對(duì)照組相比,Ⅱ組鈣的表觀消化率顯著提高(P0.05),Ⅳ組粗蛋白質(zhì)、鈣和磷的表觀消化率顯著提高(P0.05),且Ⅳ組較Ⅰ組顯著提高了磷的表觀消化率(P0.05)。3)與對(duì)照組相比,Ⅱ組血清免疫球蛋白G(IgG)含量顯著提高(P0.05);Ⅲ組血清甘油三酯(TG)含量顯著降低(P0.05);Ⅳ組血清總膽固醇(TCHO)和TG含量顯著降低(P0.05),血清堿性磷酸酶(AKP)、谷草轉(zhuǎn)氨酶(AST)和谷丙轉(zhuǎn)氨酶(ALT)活性及血清免疫球蛋白A(IgA)、IgG含量顯著提高(P0.05)。與Ⅰ組相比,Ⅳ組血清TCHO和TG含量有降低趨勢(shì)(P0.05),血清AST和ALT活性顯著提高(P0.05)。4)與對(duì)照組相比,Ⅳ組回腸絨毛高度及空腸和回腸的絨毛高度/隱窩深度值顯著提高(P0.05)。5)與對(duì)照組相比,Ⅳ組回腸中杯狀細(xì)胞和淋巴細(xì)胞數(shù)目顯著增加(P0.05)。綜上,無抗飼糧中聯(lián)合添加1%AKG和0.5%大蒜素可通過改善腸道形態(tài)結(jié)構(gòu),提高對(duì)粗蛋白質(zhì)、鈣和磷等養(yǎng)分的消化吸收能力,促進(jìn)腸道健康,進(jìn)而改善生長(zhǎng)豬的生長(zhǎng)性能。
