高寒草地不同退化程度下土壤微生物及土壤酶活性變化特征
[Abstract]:In order to study the effect of different degradation degree on soil microorganism and soil enzyme activity of alpine grassland, three kinds of degraded alpine grassland (mild degradation, moderate degradation and severe degradation) were studied in Qilian Mountains, northeast margin of Qinghai-Tibet Plateau. To measure and analyze the number and biomass of three kinds of soil microbes (bacteria, fungi, actinomycetes) and nitrogen physiological groups (ammoniated bacteria, aerobic nitrogen-fixing bacteria, nitrifying bacteria, denitrifying bacteria), and microbial biomass (carbon, nitrogen fixing bacteria, denitrifying bacteria). Changes of soil enzyme activity (sucrase, urease, phosphatase, catalase). The results showed that: (1) in the same soil layer, the number of microorganism, the physiological group of nitrogen, the microbial biomass and the activity of soil enzyme decreased with the increase of degradation degree, and the content of each index was the lowest in the severe degree of degradation. The number of soil actinomycetes, ammoniated bacteria and denitrifying bacteria in 10-20cm soil and the number of bacteria in 20-30cm soil, fungi, actinomycetes, nitrogen-fixing bacteria and denitrifying bacteria were increased by moderate degradation degree. (2) the same degree of degradation was found in different soil layers. The number of three kinds of microorganism, the physiological group of nitrogen, microbial biomass and soil enzyme activity decreased with the deepening of soil depth. The results provide a new idea for the evaluation of grassland degradation and provide an important theoretical basis for the restoration and reconstruction of alpine grassland.
