大康牧業(yè)豬場(chǎng)腸道寄生蟲感染情況調(diào)查及驅(qū)蟲方案評(píng)估

【摘要】:豬的腸道寄生蟲對(duì)規(guī);i場(chǎng)豬影響較大,嚴(yán)重制約著豬場(chǎng)的經(jīng)濟(jì)收益,其主要臨床癥狀有腹瀉、消瘦、肝臟和肺臟等器官嚴(yán)重病變等,嚴(yán)重地影響病豬的健康發(fā)育。其中某些豬腸道寄生蟲也是人畜共患的寄生蟲病,為人類的健康帶來(lái)了巨大的隱患和危害。鑒于此,了解大康牧業(yè)規(guī);i場(chǎng)豬腸道寄生蟲的感染情況和流行特點(diǎn),制定凈化豬腸道寄生蟲的有效治理措施,為大康牧規(guī)模化豬場(chǎng)降低豬腸道寄生蟲感染率提供有效的依據(jù)是十分必要的。2013年-2015年,本課題對(duì)大康牧業(yè)公司旗下九個(gè)規(guī)模化豬場(chǎng)進(jìn)行豬腸道寄生蟲的調(diào)查,收集了1246份集豬糞便樣品,利用漂浮法和沉淀法對(duì)寄生蟲蟲卵種類進(jìn)行檢查。本論文的主要研究成果如下所示:1、大康牧業(yè)規(guī);i場(chǎng)腸道寄生蟲感染情況調(diào)查調(diào)查發(fā)現(xiàn)大康牧業(yè)旗下九個(gè)規(guī);i場(chǎng)豬腸道感染的寄生蟲主要有6種,分別為豬蛔蟲(Ascaris suum)、食道口線蟲(Oesophagostomum)、毛首線蟲(Trichocephalus)、類圓線蟲(Strongyloides)、豬球蟲(Eimeria suis)和結(jié)腸小袋纖毛蟲(Balantidium coli),其中豬蛔蟲的感染率為8.27%,食道口線蟲的感染率為6.90%,毛首線蟲的感染率為5.06%,類圓線蟲的感染率為4.57%,豬球蟲的感染率為17.09%,結(jié)腸小袋纖毛蟲的感染率為22.71%。其中仔豬的感染率明顯高于育肥豬;由于不同的規(guī);i場(chǎng)的飼養(yǎng)環(huán)境差異很大,導(dǎo)致豬腸道寄生蟲蟲感染情況也有很大的區(qū)別。2、大康牧業(yè)規(guī);i場(chǎng)驅(qū)腸道寄生蟲模式的調(diào)查與結(jié)果分析為了給大康牧業(yè)旗下規(guī);i場(chǎng)提供較為合理有效的驅(qū)腸道寄生蟲方案,本次研究了解九個(gè)規(guī);i場(chǎng)的不同驅(qū)蟲模式,分析不同驅(qū)除模式對(duì)規(guī)模化豬場(chǎng)豬腸道線蟲病的防治效果,最后得出的結(jié)論是:在豬場(chǎng)的實(shí)際運(yùn)行操作中,選擇伊維菌素作為驅(qū)蟲藥物、進(jìn)行寄生蟲監(jiān)測(cè)、階段性對(duì)驅(qū)蟲、飼養(yǎng)管理和衛(wèi)生條件管理好的是較為經(jīng)濟(jì)合理的方法來(lái)控制腸道寄生蟲病的流行。3、大康牧業(yè)規(guī);i場(chǎng)腸道寄生蟲病的綜合治理方案及研究作者致力于研究大康牧業(yè)旗下規(guī)模化豬場(chǎng)豬腸道寄生蟲病的感染情況及流行規(guī)律及寄生蟲的生活史,圍繞有效的控制感染來(lái)源、切斷中間傳播途徑、加強(qiáng)豬群的綜合免疫力三個(gè)重要環(huán)節(jié),制定出合理的地適合大康牧業(yè)規(guī);i場(chǎng)腸道寄生蟲病的綜合治理方案。其主要的內(nèi)容是:以仔豬和母豬為治理重點(diǎn),選擇合適的抗腸道寄生蟲藥品、制定合理有效的驅(qū)蟲模式、對(duì)腸道寄生蟲病進(jìn)行有效的監(jiān)控、加強(qiáng)管理特別是豬場(chǎng)的衛(wèi)生等。4、大康牧業(yè)規(guī);i場(chǎng)腸道寄生蟲病的綜合防治方案的推廣應(yīng)用本研究選擇大康牧業(yè)旗下其中兩個(gè)規(guī);i場(chǎng)進(jìn)行防治方案的應(yīng)用,采用以小豬和母豬治理為重點(diǎn)的規(guī);i場(chǎng)腸道寄生蟲的防控程序,其主要的方案為:1、選擇以伊維菌素或作為驅(qū)腸道寄生蟲藥物,。2、在驅(qū)蟲過(guò)程中,采取階段性驅(qū)蟲模式。3、進(jìn)行豬腸道寄生蟲的監(jiān)測(cè)。4、新購(gòu)入的豬必須先驅(qū)蟲然后隔離一段時(shí)間后再與其他豬并群。5、加強(qiáng)飼養(yǎng)管理,注意豬舍的清潔衛(wèi)生。6、豬場(chǎng)積累的糞便堆積發(fā)酵處理實(shí)施此防控程序后,被實(shí)驗(yàn)的豬場(chǎng)腸道寄生蟲病的感染率大幅度減少。經(jīng)過(guò)1年的驅(qū)蟲方案的推廣及應(yīng)用,實(shí)驗(yàn)豬場(chǎng)中的種母豬飼料消耗降低但生長(zhǎng)速度提高,且產(chǎn)仔數(shù)增加,每頭豬增加的收益有所提高。由此可見(jiàn),規(guī);i場(chǎng)腸道寄生蟲病的綜合防治研究不僅僅具有一定的學(xué)術(shù)價(jià)值,而且能夠產(chǎn)生很可觀的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益。
[Abstract]:Pig intestinal parasites have great influence on large-scale pig farm, which seriously restricts the economic benefits of pig farms. The main clinical symptoms are diarrhoea, emaciation, serious pathological changes of liver and lung and so on, which seriously affect the healthy development of the sick pigs. Some of the pig intestinal parasites are also parasitic diseases of human and livestock, which have brought the health of human beings. In view of this, it is necessary to provide effective measures for reducing the infection rate of intestinal parasites in large piggery farms by understanding the infection and epidemic characteristics of pig intestinal parasites in the large-scale pig farm of the big Kang animal farm, and making effective measures to clean up the intestinal parasites of pigs. This is a very necessary.2013 year for -2015 years. A survey of pig intestinal parasites was carried out in nine large-scale pig farms in Dafu animal husbandry company. 1246 samples of pig feces were collected.
