杜仲葉與益生素對蛋雞免疫功能影響的比較研究

【摘要】:抗生素的濫用所導(dǎo)致的畜禽免疫抑制及產(chǎn)品殘留問題引起業(yè)界的廣泛關(guān)注。利用營養(yǎng)途徑提高畜禽免疫力是我國畜牧業(yè)可持續(xù)發(fā)展的重要舉措。本試驗(yàn)探索日糧中添加益生素和杜仲葉對產(chǎn)蛋雞免疫功能影響的比較效應(yīng)。本試驗(yàn)選取密閉式雞舍5層階梯式籠養(yǎng)的健康23周齡海蘭褐蛋雞540只,隨機(jī)分為3組,每組6個(gè)重復(fù),每個(gè)重復(fù)30只雞。Ⅰ組為空白對照組,飼喂基礎(chǔ)飼糧;Ⅱ、Ⅲ組為試驗(yàn)組,分別飼喂添加0.5%的益生素和0.5%的杜仲葉的試驗(yàn)飼糧。預(yù)飼期初飲水免疫新城疫疫苗,正飼期初期皮下注射禽流感疫苗。試驗(yàn)期9周,其中預(yù)飼期1周,正飼期8周。分別測定不同組蛋雞生產(chǎn)性能指標(biāo)、血液免疫球蛋白IgA、IgG、IgM和禽流感、新城疫抗體滴度、免疫器官指數(shù)及脾臟IFN-γ基因的表達(dá)。試驗(yàn)結(jié)果如下:1.日糧添加益生素和杜仲葉可顯著提高產(chǎn)蛋雞全試驗(yàn)期產(chǎn)蛋率(P0.05)、降低平均日采食量(P0.05)、降低料蛋比(P0.05),但二者之間的比較效應(yīng)差異不顯著(P0.05);對平均蛋重?zé)o顯著影響(P0.05);杜仲葉和益生素影響蛋雞生產(chǎn)性能的特點(diǎn)是隨著試驗(yàn)期的延長,影響效應(yīng)越明顯。2.日糧添加益生素、杜仲葉對雞蛋蛋品質(zhì)的多項(xiàng)指標(biāo)(蛋殼強(qiáng)度、蛋殼厚度、蛋形指數(shù)、蛋白高度、哈氏單位、蛋黃色澤)均無顯著影響(P0.05)。3.日糧添加杜仲葉和益生素均能夠顯著提高蛋雞血清IgA、IgG、IgM水平(P0.05)。但在試驗(yàn)期第4W末,蛋雞血清IgA水平杜仲葉組顯著高于益生素組(P0.05),而IgG水平益生素組顯著高于杜仲葉組(P0.05);在試驗(yàn)期第8W末,蛋雞血清IgM水平杜仲葉組顯著高于益生素組(P0.05)。4.日糧添加杜仲葉和益生素能延緩禽流感和新城疫抗體滴度的下降速度(P0.05),其中杜仲葉組比益生素組抗體滴度峰值更高,上升更快,且下降速度更慢,杜仲葉效果顯著優(yōu)于益生素(P0.05)。在試驗(yàn)1-2周,添加益生素和杜仲葉組與對照組禽流感和新城疫2種抗體滴度差異不顯著(P0.05);試驗(yàn)第4W,禽流感抗體滴度顯著高于對照組(P0.05),但新城疫抗體滴度杜仲葉組顯著高于益生素和對照組(P0.05);試驗(yàn)期第8W,2種抗體滴度顯著高于對照組(P0.05),且杜仲葉組顯著高于益生素組(P0.05)。5.日糧添加杜仲葉和益生素,試驗(yàn)終期產(chǎn)蛋雞肝臟指數(shù)與脾臟指數(shù)均有所提高,但與對照組差異不顯著(P0.05)。6.日糧添加杜仲葉和益生素均能顯著提高蛋雞脾臟IFN-γ基因表達(dá)量(P0.05),其中杜仲葉組顯著高于益生素組(P0.05)。綜上所述,日糧添加杜仲葉和益生素能顯著提高蛋雞生產(chǎn)性能,但對蛋品質(zhì)無顯著影響;日糧添加杜仲葉和益生素能顯著提高蛋雞免疫功能,且杜仲葉效果優(yōu)于益生素。這種效應(yīng)可能與其提高蛋雞血清免疫球蛋白水平和調(diào)控蛋雞IFN-γ基因表達(dá)有關(guān)。
