【摘要】：施馬倫貝格病是由施馬倫貝格病毒(Schmallenberg virus,SBV)引起的,感染牛、羊等反芻動物的一種新發(fā)的蟲媒病毒性傳染病。該病毒感染成年動物后癥狀輕微,如產(chǎn)奶減少、發(fā)熱、腹瀉等;但在懷孕的特定時期感染則可能導致較嚴重的后果,如胎畜畸形或死胎等。該病于2011年底在德國首發(fā),隨后迅速傳遍歐洲。德國作為該病的首發(fā)國家,對于該病進行了詳細的研究,其國內(nèi)的流行趨勢也最能代表歐洲的流行情況及研究進展。為此,作者就德國施馬倫貝格病的流行現(xiàn)狀進行介紹,以期為我國該病的防控提供參考。
[Abstract]:Schmalenberger's disease is a new insect-borne virus infection caused by Schmallenberg virus (SBV) in ruminants such as cattle and sheep. After infection with adult animals, the virus has mild symptoms, such as reduced milk production, fever, diarrhea, and so on, but infection during certain periods of pregnancy may lead to more serious consequences, such as fetal malformation or stillbirth. The disease started in Germany at the end of 2011 and spread rapidly throughout Europe. As the first country of the disease, Germany has carried on the detailed research to the disease, its domestic epidemic trend also can represent the European epidemic situation and the research progress most. In order to provide reference for the prevention and control of Schmalenberger disease in China, the authors introduce the epidemic situation of Schmalenberg disease in Germany.
