玉米秸稈青貯料發(fā)酵特性及近紅外光譜檢測(cè)的初步研究

【摘要】:本次研究主要涉及兩個(gè)部分的內(nèi)容,第一部分是為了探究不同影響因素對(duì)玉米秸稈青貯發(fā)酵品質(zhì)的影響,通過(guò)四因素混合水平的正交試驗(yàn)設(shè)計(jì)對(duì)玉米秸稈青貯后的水分含量、PH、糖度及酒精濃度進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)的研究,尋求影響玉米秸稈青貯的因素最優(yōu)條件;第二部分是采用近紅外光譜分析技術(shù)建立玉米秸稈青貯后秸稈中的水分、PH、糖度、酒精濃度四個(gè)指標(biāo)的近紅外光譜模型,并對(duì)其未知樣品進(jìn)行預(yù)測(cè),為快速測(cè)定玉米秸稈青貯料的組分尋求一種新的方法。得到的試驗(yàn)結(jié)果如下:1)對(duì)玉米秸稈青貯后的各指標(biāo)試驗(yàn)結(jié)果進(jìn)行方差分析后的結(jié)果表明,對(duì)于給定顯著性水平α=0.05,青貯時(shí)間對(duì)青貯料中的水分含量有著非常顯著的影響,而其它三因素對(duì)青貯料中水分含量的影響大小順序?yàn)榍兴殚L(zhǎng)度乙酸添加量存儲(chǔ)方式,且這三因素在試驗(yàn)設(shè)計(jì)的范圍內(nèi)對(duì)水分含量的影響不顯著;各因素對(duì)青貯料中PH值的影響大小順序?yàn)橐宜崽砑恿壳噘A時(shí)間切碎長(zhǎng)度存儲(chǔ)方式,其中乙酸添加量對(duì)PH的影響極顯著,青貯時(shí)間對(duì)PH的影響顯著,而切碎長(zhǎng)度和存儲(chǔ)方式在試驗(yàn)設(shè)計(jì)的范圍內(nèi)對(duì)PH值則影響不顯著;各因素對(duì)青貯料中糖度的影響大小順序?yàn)榍噘A時(shí)間乙酸添加量切碎長(zhǎng)度存儲(chǔ)方式,其中青貯時(shí)間對(duì)糖度有著非常顯著的影響,其它三因素在試驗(yàn)設(shè)計(jì)的范圍內(nèi)對(duì)糖度的影響不顯著;各因素對(duì)青貯料中酒精濃度的影響大小順序?yàn)榍噘A時(shí)間乙酸添加量切碎長(zhǎng)度存儲(chǔ)方式,其中青貯時(shí)間對(duì)酒精濃度有著非常顯著的影響,其它三因素在試驗(yàn)設(shè)計(jì)的范圍內(nèi)對(duì)酒精濃度的影響不顯著。最后得到的優(yōu)方案為A4B2C4D2,即在試驗(yàn)設(shè)計(jì)的范圍之內(nèi)玉米秸稈青貯的最優(yōu)條件為切碎長(zhǎng)度為27cm,青貯時(shí)間90d,乙酸添加量為50如l/kg,存儲(chǔ)在室內(nèi)。2)通過(guò)偏最小二乘交互驗(yàn)證法分別對(duì)玉米秸稈青貯料的水分含量、PH、糖度和酒精濃度建立預(yù)測(cè)模型,發(fā)現(xiàn)所建模型的相關(guān)性較好。尤其是對(duì)于PH值的預(yù)測(cè),其預(yù)測(cè)值與實(shí)測(cè)值之間的偏差較小,最大偏差才0.58,結(jié)果表明利用偏最小二乘交互驗(yàn)證法來(lái)建立玉米秸稈的水分含量、PH、糖度和酒精濃度的預(yù)測(cè)模型是可行的。
[Abstract]:The first part is to explore the effect of different factors on the fermentation quality of corn stalk silage. The water content, sugar content and alcohol concentration after corn straw silage were studied systematically by orthogonal design of four factors mixing level, in order to find the optimal conditions for influencing corn straw silage. In the second part, the near infrared spectral model of moisture content, sugar content and alcohol concentration in corn straw silage was established by using near infrared spectroscopy (NIR), and the unknown samples were predicted. To find a new method for rapid determination of corn straw silage. The results obtained are as follows: (1) the results of variance analysis of the experimental results after corn straw silage show that the silage time has a very significant effect on the water content of the silage for a given significant level of 偽 -0.05. The order of the other three factors on the water content of silage was the way of adding acetic acid into the silage, and the effect of these three factors on the water content was not significant in the range of the experimental design. The order of influence of each factor on PH value in silage was acetic acid addition, silage time shredding length storage, among which acetic acid addition had a significant effect on PH, and silage time had significant effect on PH. However, the effect of shredding length and storage mode on PH value was not significant in the range of experimental design, and the order of the effect of each factor on the sugar content in silage was as follows: the storage mode of cutting length by adding acetic acid to silage time, The silage time had a very significant effect on the sugar content, but the other three factors had no significant effect on the sugar content in the range of the experimental design. The influence of various factors on alcohol concentration in silage was in the order of storage mode of acid-added amount of acid-shredded length of silage, in which silage time had a very significant effect on alcohol concentration. The other three factors had no significant effect on alcohol concentration in the range of experimental design. The optimized scheme is A4B2C4D2, that is, the optimal conditions of corn straw silage are as follows: chopping length is 27 cm, silage time is 90 days, acetic acid dosage is 50% kg, stored indoors. 2) partial least squares interactive verification is carried out. The water content, sugar content and alcohol concentration of corn straw silage were predicted by HPLC. It is found that the model has good correlation. Especially for the prediction of PH value, the deviation between the predicted value and the measured value is small. The maximum deviation was only 0.58. The results showed that it was feasible to establish a prediction model of moisture content, sugar content and alcohol concentration of corn straw by using partial least square cross validation method.
