復(fù)方兒茶凝膠對(duì)犬感染創(chuàng)的治療效果

【摘要】:以兒茶、黃芪、黃柏、血竭、乳香、沒藥6味中藥提取物為主要成分制成復(fù)方兒茶凝膠劑,研究其對(duì)犬感染創(chuàng)的治療效果。12只試驗(yàn)犬隨機(jī)分為4組,即空白對(duì)照組,磺胺嘧啶鋅組(西藥組),高、低劑量復(fù)方兒茶凝膠劑組(高劑量組、低劑量組),每組3只犬,每只犬8個(gè)創(chuàng)面。試驗(yàn)犬造模成功后,分別使用上述藥物治療,每天1次,連續(xù)治療14 d。在用藥第3、7、14天分別對(duì)傷口局部組織采樣,進(jìn)行組織學(xué)觀察。結(jié)果表明,高劑量組、西藥組創(chuàng)面面積愈合率、體積愈合率、創(chuàng)面肉芽出現(xiàn)時(shí)間和愈合時(shí)間均極顯著優(yōu)于空白對(duì)照組(P0.01);組織學(xué)結(jié)果表明,用藥早期高劑量組和西藥對(duì)照組出現(xiàn)大量巨噬細(xì)胞聚集,隨后較空白對(duì)照組出現(xiàn)更多的毛細(xì)血管、成纖維細(xì)胞和肉芽組織。高劑量組和西藥對(duì)照組結(jié)果差異不顯著。說明高劑量復(fù)方兒茶凝膠可以通過抗感染、促進(jìn)再上皮化、成纖維細(xì)胞增殖、膠原沉積和血管新生來加速創(chuàng)口愈合。
[Abstract]:Compound catechin gel was prepared from the extracts of catechin, astragalus, Astragalus, Phellodendron, Rhizoma Draconis, Myrrh and Rhizoma Rhizoma Rhizoma, and its therapeutic effect on canine infection was studied. 12 dogs were randomly divided into 4 groups: blank control group. Sulfadiazine zinc group (western medicine group), high and low dose compound catechin gel group (high dose group, low dose group), each group 3 dogs, each dog 8 wounds. The dogs were treated with the above drugs once a day for 14 days. The local tissue samples were collected on the 3rd day and the histological observation was carried out. The results showed that the wound area healing rate, volume healing rate, granulation time and healing time of high dose group and western medicine group were significantly better than those of blank control group (P0.01). A large number of macrophages were accumulated in the high dose group and the western medicine control group at the early stage, then more capillaries, fibroblasts and granulation tissue appeared than the blank control group. There was no significant difference between the high dose group and the western medicine control group. These results suggest that high dose compound catechin gel can accelerate wound healing by anti-infection, promoting re-epithelialization, fibroblast proliferation, collagen deposition and angiogenesis.
