【摘要】：豬繁殖與呼吸綜合征病毒(PRRSV)是豬的一種重要的病原,給全球養(yǎng)豬業(yè)造成重大的經(jīng)濟(jì)損失。本研究采集2015-2016年我國12省市362份臨床發(fā)病豬肺臟病料用RT-PCR檢測RRRSV,結(jié)果有191份為陽性,陽性率為52.8%。34個毒株ORF5基因測序結(jié)果表明,所有的毒株均屬美洲型,分為4個亞型,其中2個毒株形成一個新的亞型Ⅳ;6個毒株與美國NADC30株有高度同源性,形成了亞型Ⅲ。研究表明我國PRRSV毒株存在遺傳多樣性,為豬繁殖與呼吸綜合征的防治提供了理論依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:Porcine Reproductive and Respiratory Syndrome virus (PRRSV) is an important pathogen of swine, which has caused great economic losses to the global pig industry. In this study, 362 clinical pig lung samples were collected from 12 provinces and cities of China from 2015 to 2016. The results showed that 191 of them were positive, and the positive rate was 52.8.34 strains of ORF5 gene.
