【摘要】：為確定母體狀況對受胎的影響程度,并進(jìn)一步提高梅花鹿的受胎率,應(yīng)用分組比較卡方檢驗方法,對與母體狀況相關(guān)且影響受胎的因素進(jìn)行了研究。結(jié)果表明:與母體狀況相關(guān)的年齡、膘情、產(chǎn)后發(fā)情時間及繁殖疾病都直接或間接地影響梅花鹿的受胎率;成熟健康的母體是提高受胎率的基本保證;梅花鹿繁殖配種應(yīng)保證人工輸精時年齡4歲,本交配種時年齡3歲,進(jìn)入發(fā)情期時膘情7成,發(fā)情時間為產(chǎn)后120 d后,且無繁殖疾病。
[Abstract]:In order to determine the influence of maternal condition on conception and to further improve the conception rate of sika deer, the factors related to maternal condition and affecting conception were studied by using the method of grouping comparison chi-square test. The results showed that age, backfat condition, postpartum estrus time and reproductive diseases all directly or indirectly affected the conception rate of sika deer, and the maturing and healthy mother was the basic guarantee to increase the conception rate. The breeding and mating of sika deer should be guaranteed to be 4 years old in artificial insemination, 3 years old in this mating species, 7% in fat at estrus, 120 days after postpartum and no reproductive disease.
