【摘要】：頂復(fù)門寄生蟲(chóng)包括多種細(xì)胞內(nèi)寄生的原蟲(chóng),能夠引起嚴(yán)重的人和動(dòng)物疾病,其中包括瘧疾(瘧原蟲(chóng))、弓形蟲(chóng)病(剛地弓形蟲(chóng))、巴貝斯蟲(chóng)病(牛巴貝斯蟲(chóng))、球蟲(chóng)病(艾美爾球蟲(chóng))及孢子蟲(chóng)病(圓孢子蟲(chóng))等。頂復(fù)門寄生蟲(chóng)含有一個(gè)特殊的、不可或缺的細(xì)胞器,具有與藻類和植物的葉綠體同源的殘留質(zhì)體,稱為頂質(zhì)體。來(lái)源于葉綠體的殘留質(zhì)體保仍保留著一個(gè)能夠自主復(fù)制的35kb大小的環(huán)狀DNA。雖然殘留質(zhì)體(頂質(zhì)體)無(wú)法進(jìn)行光合作用,但它卻扮演了一個(gè)重要的角色,參與了寄生蟲(chóng)體內(nèi)脂肪酸、類異戊二烯及血紅素的生物學(xué)合成。論文從頂質(zhì)體最初的發(fā)現(xiàn)、起源、基因組及生物學(xué)功能等方面介紹了頂復(fù)門寄生蟲(chóng)頂質(zhì)體的一些研究進(jìn)展。
[Abstract]:The parasite consists of protozoa that are parasitic in many cells and can cause serious diseases in humans and animals. These include malaria (Plasmodium falciparum), Toxoplasma gondii (Toxoplasma gondii), Babes's disease (Babes), coccidiosis (Eimeria) and sporidiosis (cyclosporidium). The parasite contains a special indispensable organelle with a residual plastid homologous to the chloroplasts of algae and plants called acroplasms. The residual plastids derived from chloroplasts still retain a circular 35kb size DNA that can be self-replicating. Although the residual plastids (acroplasms) cannot be photosynthesized, they play an important role in the biosynthesis of fatty acids, isoprene and heme in parasites. This paper introduces the research progress of acroplasms from the aspects of initial discovery, origin, genome and biological function of acroplasms.
