新型香糖、香鮮及香甜復合調(diào)味劑在仔豬飼糧中的應用效果研究

【摘要】:本試驗旨在研究新型香糖、香鮮及香甜復合調(diào)味劑對斷奶仔豬生長性能、血清胃腸肽指標、養(yǎng)分消化率及糞便微生物數(shù)量的影響。選取體重相近的(28±2)日齡健康大白斷奶仔豬128頭,隨機分成4個組,每組4個重復,每個重復8頭仔豬。對照組(A組)飼喂基礎(chǔ)飼糧,試驗組在基礎(chǔ)飼糧中分別添加香糖復合調(diào)味劑(0.8 g/kg植物香味提取物+0.2 g/kg糖精鈉,B組)、香鮮復合調(diào)味劑(0.8 g/kg植物香味提取物+0.2 g/kg鮮味組合物,C組)、香甜復合調(diào)味劑(0.8 g/kg植物香味提取物+0.2 g/kg植物甜味提取物,D組)。試驗期28 d。結(jié)果表明:與對照組相比,1)飼糧中添加香糖和香鮮復合調(diào)味劑在試驗第1~14天顯著降低了斷奶仔豬料重比(P0.05);2)飼糧中添加香糖和香鮮復合調(diào)味劑顯著提高了斷奶仔豬有機物的消化率(P0.05);3)飼糧中添加香糖、香鮮及香甜復合調(diào)味劑對斷奶仔豬血清胃腸肽指標和糞便微生物數(shù)量沒有顯著影響(P0.05)。由此可見,飼糧中添加香糖和香鮮復合調(diào)味劑能夠改善斷奶仔豬的生長性能與養(yǎng)分消化率。
[Abstract]:The purpose of this study was to study the effects of new flavor, fresh and sweet flavoring flavoring agents on the growth performance, serum gastrointestinal peptide index, nutrient digestibility and fecal microbe number of weanling piglets. 128 weanling piglets with close weight (28 + 2) were randomly divided into 4 groups, each of which was 4 repeated, each repeated 8 piglets. (A Group) fed basic diet, the experimental group added flavor compound flavoring agent (0.8 g/kg plant flavoring extract +0.2 g/kg saccharin sodium, B group), fresh flavor compound flavoring agent (0.8 g/kg plant fragrance extract +0.2 g/kg fresh composition, C group), sweet compound flavoring agent (0.8 g/kg plant fragrance extract +0.2 g/kg plant sweetness extraction). The test period 28 d. results showed that: compared with the control group, compared with the control group, 1) the addition of fragrant sugar and fresh flavoring flavoring agent in the diet significantly reduced the weight ratio of weaned piglets (P0.05) on day 1~14 of the experiment; 2) the addition of fragrant sugar and fresh flavoring flavoring agent in the diet significantly increased the digestibility of the organic matter of the weaned piglets (P0.05); 3) the addition of fragrant sugar to the diet was fresh and fresh. And the sweet compound flavoring agent had no significant effect on the serum gastrointestinal peptide index and the amount of fecal microorganism (P0.05) in weanling piglets. Thus, the addition of fragrant sugar and fresh flavoring agent in the diet could improve the growth performance and nutrient digestibility of weanling piglets.
