【摘要】：文章詳細介紹了一種利用酶解法測定總淀粉含量的方法,測定了幾種飼料原料的淀粉含量,比較了酶解法和酸解法的測定結(jié)果,驗證了酶解法測定淀粉的準確性,旨在為今后淀粉測定的研究提供參考。
[Abstract]:In this paper, a method of determining total starch content by enzymatic hydrolysis is introduced in detail. The starch content of several kinds of feedstuff is determined. The results of enzymatic hydrolysis and acidolysis are compared, and the accuracy of enzymatic hydrolysis for determination of starch is verified. In order to provide a reference for the determination of starch in the future.
