發(fā)酵果蔬液體飼料最佳工藝的研究及對(duì)斷奶仔豬生長(zhǎng)性能的影響

【摘要】:本研究旨在研究接種益生菌發(fā)酵果蔬液體飼料的最佳工藝組合,在最佳發(fā)酵工藝條件下發(fā)酵果蔬液體飼料后用于斷奶仔豬飼養(yǎng)對(duì)比。研究果蔬發(fā)酵液體飼料相對(duì)于顆粒料、常規(guī)液體發(fā)酵飼料及添加蘋果渣的液體發(fā)酵飼料,對(duì)仔豬生長(zhǎng)性能、血液常規(guī)、腸道菌群等指標(biāo)的影響。具體研究結(jié)果如下:試驗(yàn)一:單菌、混菌發(fā)酵果蔬液體飼料最佳工藝的研究本試驗(yàn)通過對(duì)果蔬液體飼料接種酵母菌、枯草芽孢桿菌、植物乳桿菌單菌發(fā)酵的單因素試驗(yàn)和正交試驗(yàn),探討發(fā)酵時(shí)間、發(fā)酵溫度、菌種接種量、飼料pH值等參數(shù)對(duì)果蔬液體飼料營(yíng)養(yǎng)價(jià)值的影響,其研究結(jié)果如下。酵母菌最佳優(yōu)化條件為好氧條件下,發(fā)酵時(shí)間60h、溫度30℃、pH 6.0、接種量3%。在最佳優(yōu)化條件下經(jīng)酵母菌發(fā)酵果蔬液體飼料,粗蛋白含量上升至19.41%,粗纖維含量減小至2.09%,乳酸含量增加約7.38倍,鈣、磷含量也有不同程度的增加。枯草芽孢桿菌最佳優(yōu)化條件為好氧條件下,溫度30℃、發(fā)酵時(shí)間60h、pH 5.0、接種量5%。在最佳優(yōu)化條件下經(jīng)枯草芽孢桿菌發(fā)酵后,粗蛋白含量上升至19.71%,粗纖維含量減小至2.31%,乳酸含量達(dá)到16.98g/L,鈣、磷含量同樣也有不同程度的增加。植物乳桿菌最佳優(yōu)化條件為厭氧條件下,發(fā)酵時(shí)間60h、溫度37℃、接種量3%、pH 6.0。在最佳優(yōu)化條件下經(jīng)植物乳桿菌發(fā)酵后,粗蛋白含量上升至19.38%,粗纖維含量減小至2.37%,乳酸含量達(dá)到62.11 g/L,鈣,磷含量上升不明顯。將上述三種菌按最佳發(fā)酵條件混菌異步發(fā)酵后,飼料營(yíng)養(yǎng)價(jià)值比單一菌種發(fā)酵的營(yíng)養(yǎng)價(jià)值有所提高,干物質(zhì)含量中粗蛋白含量比發(fā)酵前上升9.2%,達(dá)到19.88%;粗纖維含量降低至2.01%;乳酸、生物量、Ca、P也有一定的提升,分別提高至61.88g/L、162.73×106 cfu/ml、0.99%和0.91%。試驗(yàn)二:果蔬發(fā)酵液體飼料對(duì)斷奶仔豬生長(zhǎng)性能、血液常規(guī)、腸道菌群等指標(biāo)的影響隨機(jī)挑選同時(shí)28日齡斷奶的健康仔豬200頭,采用隨機(jī)分組方式分成4個(gè)處理組,分別為A組飼喂顆粒料基礎(chǔ)日糧、B組飼喂液體飼料、C組飼喂含30g/kg蘋果渣的液體飼料、D組飼喂含30g/kg的果蔬混菌發(fā)酵液體飼料。每個(gè)組5個(gè)重復(fù),每個(gè)重復(fù)10頭豬。試驗(yàn)預(yù)試期7天,正試期為30天。飼養(yǎng)試驗(yàn)結(jié)束后,從每個(gè)重復(fù)中選取體形、體重適中的仔豬各一只,收集小腸各段內(nèi)容物用于腸道微生物菌群的測(cè)定。試驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,在平均日增重方面,A、B、C、D組之間兩兩差異顯著(P0.05),其中D組即果蔬混菌發(fā)酵液體飼料組比A組提高19.01%,比B組提高13.91%,比C組提高10.59%且均差異顯著(P0.05)。在料重比方面,B、C兩組比A組分別降低1.71%和0.57%均差異顯著(P0.05);D組比A組降低10.29%(P0.05,差異顯著)。混菌發(fā)酵果蔬液體飼料可有顯著提高胃腸中乳酸菌含量,顯著降低大腸桿菌含量,對(duì)斷奶仔豬胃腸內(nèi)容物pH值無顯著影響。果蔬混菌發(fā)酵液體飼料能夠提高斷奶仔豬血液生化指標(biāo),降低超氧化物歧化酶和血清尿素氮含量,對(duì)機(jī)體免疫功能沒有負(fù)面影響。
