【摘要】：我國是一個(gè)生豬養(yǎng)殖大國,同時(shí)也是一個(gè)生豬消費(fèi)大國,豬肉在人們的日常飲食中占據(jù)了重要地位。促進(jìn)生豬價(jià)值鏈的發(fā)展對(duì)于提高農(nóng)民收入、保障食品質(zhì)量安全具有重要意義。有效的金融支持是促進(jìn)生豬產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的關(guān)鍵,然而當(dāng)前的農(nóng)村金融服務(wù)卻很難滿足農(nóng)戶在生產(chǎn)養(yǎng)殖中對(duì)資金的需求,生豬養(yǎng)殖戶大多受養(yǎng)殖規(guī)模小、條件簡陋、收益低等問題的困擾。生豬價(jià)值鏈融資以真實(shí)交易為基礎(chǔ),依托價(jià)值鏈整體,將資金融通與產(chǎn)品交易相結(jié)合,農(nóng)戶參與到生豬價(jià)值鏈融資中,可以擴(kuò)大養(yǎng)殖規(guī)模,提高養(yǎng)殖收益。然而在實(shí)際發(fā)展中,存在農(nóng)戶對(duì)價(jià)值鏈融資認(rèn)識(shí)不足,參與度不高的問題,有些農(nóng)戶愿意參與到生豬價(jià)值鏈融資中,有些農(nóng)戶卻依然從事落后的小規(guī)模生產(chǎn)養(yǎng)殖。哪些因素影響了農(nóng)戶參與生豬價(jià)值鏈融資的意愿?在農(nóng)戶與企業(yè)的合作中還存在哪些問題?因此,本文的研究目標(biāo)是:借鑒國內(nèi)外學(xué)者的相關(guān)研究成果,結(jié)合我國生豬產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,對(duì)影響農(nóng)戶參與生豬價(jià)值鏈融資意愿的因素進(jìn)行研究,依據(jù)研究結(jié)論,提出優(yōu)化生豬價(jià)值鏈發(fā)展的政策建議,以期提高農(nóng)戶的合作收益及其對(duì)價(jià)值鏈融資的認(rèn)識(shí),鼓勵(lì)農(nóng)戶積極參與到生豬價(jià)值鏈融資中,推動(dòng)分散養(yǎng)殖向規(guī)范的合作養(yǎng)殖過渡。具體來說,本文采用定量分析與定性分析相結(jié)合的方法。首先對(duì)生豬價(jià)值鏈融資的基本理論、優(yōu)勢(shì)以及主要運(yùn)行模式進(jìn)行研究,并分析了核心企業(yè)與農(nóng)戶參與生豬價(jià)值鏈融資可獲得的效益。其次,考慮到農(nóng)戶的固有特征及其參與生豬價(jià)值鏈融資的效益、投入成本以及合作優(yōu)點(diǎn)、弊端等方面,并結(jié)合調(diào)研地區(qū)的實(shí)際發(fā)展?fàn)顩r,對(duì)農(nóng)戶是否參與生豬價(jià)值鏈融資可能產(chǎn)生影響的因素進(jìn)行分析,將影響因素分為農(nóng)戶基本特征、融資成本、合作滿意度和專用性資產(chǎn)投資四個(gè)方面,并對(duì)影響方向做出假設(shè)。再次,根據(jù)理論分析設(shè)計(jì)調(diào)查問卷搜集數(shù)據(jù),基于Probit模型對(duì)影響因素進(jìn)行實(shí)證研究。最后,在總結(jié)全文的基礎(chǔ)上提出優(yōu)化生豬價(jià)值鏈發(fā)展、提高農(nóng)戶參與度的政策建議。研究結(jié)果表明:在農(nóng)戶基本情況變量中,風(fēng)險(xiǎn)態(tài)度及養(yǎng)殖規(guī)模對(duì)農(nóng)戶是否參與生豬價(jià)值鏈融資有顯著影響,風(fēng)險(xiǎn)規(guī)避的農(nóng)戶參與生豬價(jià)值鏈融資的可能性較大,養(yǎng)殖規(guī)模較大的農(nóng)戶參與生豬價(jià)值鏈融資的可能性也較大;在融資成本變量中,信息成本、時(shí)間成本以及風(fēng)險(xiǎn)成本通過了顯著性檢驗(yàn),影響均為負(fù);農(nóng)戶對(duì)與企業(yè)合作的滿意度通過了顯著性檢驗(yàn),影響方向?yàn)檎?農(nóng)戶對(duì)合作的滿意度越高,參與的可能性越高。本文得出的結(jié)論拓展了農(nóng)業(yè)價(jià)值鏈融資的相關(guān)研究,并為提高農(nóng)戶參與生豬價(jià)值鏈融資的積極性、優(yōu)化生豬價(jià)值鏈發(fā)展提供了指導(dǎo)。
[Abstract]:China is a big country of pig breeding and pig consumption. Pork plays an important role in people's daily diet. It is important to promote the development of pig value chain to improve farmers' income and ensure food quality and safety. Effective financial support is the key to promote the development of pig industry. However, the current rural financial services are very difficult to meet the farmers' demand for funds in production and breeding. The problem of low returns. The value chain financing of live pigs is based on the real transaction, relying on the whole value chain, combining the financing of the funds with the trading of products, and farmers participating in the financing of the value chain of live pigs can expand the scale of breeding and increase the income of breeding. However, in the actual development, there are some farmers who are willing to participate in the financing of pig value chain, while some farmers are still engaged in small-scale production and breeding. What factors influence farmers' willingness to participate in hog value chain financing? What problems still exist in the cooperation between farmers and enterprises? Therefore, the research goal of this paper is to study the factors that affect farmers' willingness to participate in pig value chain financing according to the research results of domestic and foreign scholars, combined with the current situation of pig industry development in China. The policy suggestions of optimizing the development of pig value chain are put forward in order to improve the cooperative income of farmers and their understanding of value chain financing, to encourage farmers to participate actively in the financing of pig value chain, and to promote the transition from decentralized farming to standardized cooperative farming. Specifically, this paper adopts the method of combining quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis. Firstly, the basic theory, advantages and main operating modes of hog value chain financing are studied, and the benefits of core enterprises and farmers participating in pig value chain financing are analyzed. Secondly, considering the inherent characteristics of farmers and the benefits of participating in hog value chain financing, input cost, advantages and disadvantages of cooperation, and combining with the actual development situation of the research area, This paper analyzes the factors that may influence farmers' participation in hog value chain financing. The influencing factors are divided into four aspects: farmers' basic characteristics, financing cost, cooperation satisfaction and specific asset investment, and the influence direction is hypothesized. Thirdly, according to theoretical analysis and design questionnaire to collect data, based on probit model to study the impact factors. Finally, on the basis of summing up the whole paper, some policy suggestions are put forward to optimize the development of pig value chain and increase farmers' participation. The results show that: among the basic variables of farmers' situation, risk attitude and breeding scale have significant influence on farmers' participation in hog value chain financing, and risk averse farmers are more likely to participate in hog value chain financing. Among the variables of financing cost, the information cost, time cost and risk cost passed the significant test, and the influence was negative. Farmers' satisfaction with cooperation with enterprises passed the significant test and the direction of influence was positive. The higher the satisfaction of farmers to cooperation the higher the possibility of participation. The conclusion of this paper extends the research of agricultural value chain financing and provides guidance for farmers to participate in pig value chain financing and optimize the development of pig value chain.
