【摘要】：采食量是影響肉雞健康生長的重要因素,攝入的營養(yǎng)物質(zhì)除一部分用于維持肉雞基本生命代謝需求外,大部分用于保障肉雞良好的生長性能。下丘腦作為中樞神經(jīng)系統(tǒng)調(diào)節(jié)采食量的重要部位,它可以整合外周環(huán)境和各種信號(hào)分子,使得機(jī)體做出適當(dāng)?shù)姆磻?yīng),最終調(diào)節(jié)肉雞的采食量。溫?zé)岘h(huán)境因子是實(shí)際生產(chǎn)中影響家禽采食行為和生長性能的重要環(huán)境因素,本文就溫?zé)岘h(huán)境因子對(duì)肉雞采食行為的影響、下丘腦的攝食信號(hào)整合機(jī)制以及關(guān)鍵熱信號(hào)分子的調(diào)控機(jī)制作一綜述,以期為肉雞溫?zé)岘h(huán)境控制提供理論依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:The food intake is an important factor affecting the healthy growth of the broiler . The most important part of the food intake is to maintain good growth performance of the broiler . The hypothalamus is an important part of the central nervous system to regulate the feed intake . It can integrate the peripheral environment and various signal molecules , so as to make the organism make the proper reaction and finally regulate the feed intake of the broiler . The temperature and thermal environment factor is the important environmental factor which affects the feeding behavior and the growth performance of the poultry . In this paper , the effects of the temperature and heat environment factors on the feeding behavior of the broiler and the regulation mechanism of the key thermal signal molecules are summarized .
