【摘要】：為有效防治駱駝寄生蟲病和臨床合理用藥提供科學依據(jù),在大量查閱大環(huán)內(nèi)酯類抗寄生蟲藥物伊維菌素(IVM)、依普菌素(EPR)及莫西菌素(MXD)在駱駝體內(nèi)和牛、羊體內(nèi)的藥動學研究文獻資料的基礎上,進行了較為全面地比較分析。主要從大環(huán)內(nèi)酯類抗寄生蟲藥物IVM、MXD及EPR的理化特性、作用機理以及它們在駱駝、牛和羊體內(nèi)的藥代動力學特征等方面加以綜述,并為駱駝臨床合理用藥、提高藥物療效以及駱駝專用新劑型的研發(fā)等方面提出了見解。
[Abstract]:In order to provide scientific basis for effective prevention and treatment of camel parasitosis and rational use of drugs in clinic, Ivermectin (IVM), EPR and MXD (macrolide antiparasitic drugs) were found in camels and cattle. Based on the literature of pharmacokinetics in sheep, a comparative analysis was carried out. In this paper, the physicochemical properties, action mechanism and pharmacokinetic characteristics of macrolides antiparasitic drugs IVMMXD and EPR in camels, cattle and sheep were reviewed. To improve the efficacy of the medicine and the development of a new dosage form for camel, some suggestions were put forward.
