【摘要】：目的評(píng)價(jià)君山區(qū)以全面淘汰牛、羊?yàn)橹攸c(diǎn)的血吸蟲(chóng)病綜合防治措施的防治效果。方法采用回顧性調(diào)查和現(xiàn)場(chǎng)調(diào)查相結(jié)合的方法,收集2006-2016年君山區(qū)試點(diǎn)村淘汰牛、羊,查治病、查滅螺等資料,分析血吸蟲(chóng)病疫情變化趨勢(shì)。結(jié)果 2006-2012年試點(diǎn)區(qū)居民血吸蟲(chóng)感染率從3.44%下降至0.59%,降幅82.85%,下降趨勢(shì)有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(F=14.501,P=0.013);2009-2013年居民血吸蟲(chóng)感染率在1%左右波動(dòng);2013年全面淘汰牛、羊后,居民血吸蟲(chóng)感染率從2012年底的0.59%下降至0,下降趨勢(shì)有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(F=14.148,P=0.033)。2006-2012年活螺平均密度呈逐年下降趨勢(shì),從0.883 3只/0.1 m~2下降至0.308 8只/0.1 m~2,降幅為62.55%,趨勢(shì)有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(F=76.250,P=0.005)。結(jié)論全面牛、羊淘汰為重點(diǎn)的血吸蟲(chóng)病綜合防治措施控制血吸蟲(chóng)病效果顯著。
[Abstract]:Objective to evaluate the effect of comprehensive control measures for schistosomiasis in Junshan area. Methods retrospective investigation and field investigation were used to collect the data of eliminating cattle, sheep, disease and snail in Junshan area from 2006 to 2016, and to analyze the trend of schistosomiasis epidemic situation. Results from 2006 to 2012, the schistosomiasis infection rate of residents in the pilot area decreased from 3.44% to 0.59, a decrease of 82.85%, and the decreasing trend was statistically significant (F _ (14. 501) P ~ (0. 013). In 2009-2013, the schistosomiasis infection rate of residents fluctuated around 1%, and after the total elimination of cattle and sheep in 2013, The infection rate of schistosomiasis in residents decreased from 0.59% to 0 at the end of 2012, and the decreasing trend was statistically significant (F _ (14.148) P _ (0. 033). The average density of live snails decreased year by year from 0.883 to 0.308 3 / 0. 1 m ~ (2) ~ (2), the decrease was 62.55 and the trend was statistically significant (F 76. 250 P ~ (0.005). Conclusion the comprehensive control measures for schistosomiasis in cattle and sheep are effective.
