大型集約化商品肉雞場(chǎng)防疫措施研析

【摘要】:近年來(lái)我國(guó)商品肉雞業(yè)發(fā)展迅猛,綜合性防疫是保障商品肉雞健康生長(zhǎng)的關(guān)鍵措施,但很多商品肉雞場(chǎng)缺乏規(guī)范的綜合性防疫措施,新城疫、禽流感兩大主要傳染病免疫程序不科學(xué),消毒藥物使用不合理,嚴(yán)重影響防疫效果,阻礙肉雞業(yè)的健康發(fā)展。為此,本研究緊密結(jié)合商品肉雞生產(chǎn),實(shí)地進(jìn)行了商品肉雞新城疫、H9亞型禽流感免疫程序試驗(yàn)研究及空雞舍不同消毒藥物消毒效果比較試驗(yàn),以期制定出適合試驗(yàn)所在大型商品肉雞場(chǎng)科學(xué)合理的新城疫和H9亞型禽流感免疫程序,篩選出適合空雞舍的消毒藥物,為我國(guó)大型商品肉雞場(chǎng)制定綜合性防疫措施提供建議性的技術(shù)參考。對(duì)采用兩個(gè)不同的商品肉雞新城疫免疫程序免疫的雞群進(jìn)行了抗體檢測(cè),結(jié)果表明,商品肉雞雛雞2日齡時(shí)新城疫母源抗體滴度高達(dá)9.1log2,以后呈逐步下降趨勢(shì),7日齡以后抗體滴度低于保護(hù)臨界值(6log2);7日齡采用弱毒疫苗首免、19日齡采用滅活疫苗二免、28日齡采用滅活疫苗三免是適合于試驗(yàn)所在大型商品肉雞場(chǎng)的較好的新城疫免疫程序,在整個(gè)42天的飼養(yǎng)期內(nèi)抗體滴度基本維持在有效保護(hù)水平以上,能夠較好的保護(hù)雞群免受新城疫病毒的感染。對(duì)采用兩個(gè)不同的商品肉雞H9亞型禽流感免疫程序免疫的雞群進(jìn)行了抗體檢測(cè),結(jié)果表明,商品肉雞雛雞2日齡時(shí)H9亞型禽流感母源抗體滴度高達(dá)9.52log2,以后呈逐步下降趨勢(shì),11日齡時(shí)抗體滴度接近保護(hù)臨界值(4log2);11-12日齡一次免疫是大型商品肉雞場(chǎng)預(yù)防H9亞型禽流感較好的免疫程序,在42天的飼養(yǎng)期內(nèi)抗體滴度一直維持在有效保護(hù)水平以上,能夠較好的保護(hù)雞群免受H9亞型禽流感病毒的感染。通過(guò)檢測(cè)雞舍空氣細(xì)菌數(shù),對(duì)3種消毒劑進(jìn)行了空雞舍消毒效果檢測(cè),結(jié)果表明,福爾馬林、高錳酸鉀熏蒸消毒和杜邦衛(wèi)可噴霧消毒效果良好,福爾馬林、高錳酸鉀熏蒸消毒后為每立方米細(xì)菌數(shù)降低93.3%,杜邦衛(wèi)可噴霧消毒后為每立方米細(xì)菌數(shù)降低92.7%;戊二醛噴霧消毒效果較差,消毒后為每立方米細(xì)菌數(shù)降低65.3%。
[Abstract]:In recent years, China's commercial chicken industry has developed rapidly. Comprehensive epidemic prevention is the key measure to ensure the healthy growth of commercial broilers. However, many commercial chicken farms lack standardized comprehensive prevention measures, Newcastle disease. The two major infectious diseases of avian influenza are unscientific immune procedures and irrational use of disinfection drugs which seriously affect the effectiveness of epidemic prevention and hinder the healthy development of broiler industry. Therefore, this study closely combined with the production of commercial broilers, carried out a commercial broiler Newcastle disease H9 subtype avian influenza immune program test and empty chicken house disinfection efficacy of different disinfection test. In order to establish a scientific and reasonable Newcastle disease and H9 subtype avian influenza immunization program suitable for the large commercial chicken farm, and to screen out the disinfection drugs suitable for the empty chicken house. To provide a technical reference for the establishment of comprehensive epidemic prevention measures in large-scale commercial chicken farms in China. The antibodies of chickens immunized with two different Newcastle disease immunization procedures were detected. The titer of maternal antibody of Newcastle disease was as high as 9.1 log2 at 2 days of age, and then decreased gradually after 7 days of age. The titer of antibody was lower than the critical value of protection (6log2) after 7 days of age. Seven days of age, the first 19 days of inactivated vaccine and 28 days of inactivated vaccine were the best immunization procedures for Newcastle disease, which was suitable for the large commercial chicken farm in which the test was conducted. The antibody titer was maintained above the effective protection level during the whole 42-day feeding period, which could protect chickens from Newcastle disease virus infection. The antibodies of chickens immunized with two different H9 subtypes of avian influenza were detected. The titer of maternal antibody against H9 subtype avian influenza reached 9.52 log2 at 2 days of age, and the titer of H9 subtype avian influenza maternal antibody was close to the protective critical value (4log2) at 11 days of age. One-dose immunization at 11-12 days old is a good immunization procedure for large commercial broiler farms to prevent H9 subtype avian influenza, and the antibody titer has been maintained above the effective protective level during the 42-day feeding period. It can protect chickens from the infection of H 9 subtype avian influenza virus. The results showed that formalin, potassium permanganate fumigation and DuPont were effective in disinfection of three kinds of disinfectants, formalin, potassium permanganate and DuPont. After fumigation with potassium permanganate, the number of bacteria per cubic meter was decreased by 93.3g / m3, the number of bacteria per cubic meter decreased by 92.7% after spraying disinfection, and the disinfection effect of glutaraldehyde spray was poor, the number of bacteria per cubic meter decreased by 65.3% after disinfection.
