【摘要】：本試驗(yàn)旨在探討妊娠期飼糧纖維水平對深縣母豬繁殖性能和血清生殖激素水平的影響。選擇頭胎妊娠深縣母豬30頭,隨機(jī)分為3組,每組5個(gè)重復(fù),每個(gè)重復(fù)2頭豬。試驗(yàn)期從母豬妊娠開始到哺乳期結(jié)束。1組、2組、3組母豬在妊娠期分別飼喂粗纖維(中性洗滌纖維)水平分別為10%(31.58%)、12%(31.96%)和14%(32.65%)的飼糧,哺乳期各組母豬飼喂相同的飼糧。結(jié)果表明:1)2組和3組母豬的窩產(chǎn)仔數(shù)和窩產(chǎn)活仔數(shù)均極顯著高于1組(P0.01)。2組母豬的死胎率顯著低于1組(P0.05)。2組母豬的初生窩重、初生個(gè)體重、斷奶窩重和斷奶個(gè)體重均極顯著高于1組和3組(P0.01)。3組母豬所產(chǎn)仔豬的斷奶窩重極顯著高于1組(P0.01),初生窩重和斷奶個(gè)體重顯著高于1組(P0.05)。2)飼糧纖維水平對母豬妊娠第85天時(shí)的血清雌二醇、孕酮和催乳素水平均無顯著影響(P0.05),但2組和3組母豬妊娠第114天時(shí)的血清孕酮和催乳素水平均顯著高于1組(P0.05),而血清雌二醇水平各組間差異不顯著(P0.05)。綜合各項(xiàng)指標(biāo)得出,深縣母豬妊娠期飼糧的粗纖維(中性洗滌纖維)水平為12%(31.96%)時(shí)其繁殖性能最佳。
[Abstract]:The aim of this study was to investigate the effects of dietary fiber levels on reproductive performance and serum reproductive hormone levels in sows in Shenxian County. Thirty first trimester pregnant sows in Shenxian County were randomly divided into 3 groups with 5 replicates in each group and 2 pigs per replica. During the trial period, the levels of crude fiber (neutral detergent fiber) were 10% (31.58%), 12% (31.96%) and 14% (32.65%), respectively. The results showed that the litter size and litter live litter size of the second and third groups were significantly higher than those of the first (P0.01) .2 sows, which were significantly lower than those of the first group (P0.05), the newborn litter weight and the birth weight of the sows in the second and third groups were significantly higher than those in the first group (P0.01). Weaning litter weight and weaning weight were significantly higher than those in group 1 and group 3 (P0.01). Weaning litter weight and weaning weight were significantly higher than those in group 1 (P0.05). Serum estradiol at day 85, The levels of progesterone and prolactin were not significantly affected (P0.05), but the serum progesterone and prolactin levels were significantly higher in the second and third groups than in the first group (P0.05), but the serum estradiol levels were not significantly different among the two groups (P0.05). The results showed that when the crude fiber (neutral detergent fiber) level was 12% (31.96%), the reproductive performance of Shenxian sows was the best.
