【摘要】：本研究從豬流產胎兒中分離到一株形似產氣巴氏桿菌菌株并命名為ZY14013,對其進行生化鑒定、16S rDNA序列分析和藥物敏感性分析。生化鑒定結果表明,ZY14013除尿素酶陰性外,其它生化特征與產氣巴氏桿菌模式菌株ATCC 27883以及其它分離株具有相似生化特征。遺傳進化分析表明ZY14013與ATCC 2788以及16株現存分離株16S rDNA核苷酸同源性分別為99.2%和99.6%~99.9%,在進化樹中形成同一個群。藥敏試驗表明,分離株ZY14013對青霉素、氟苯尼考和頭孢類抗生素敏感,對鏈霉素、卡那霉素、慶大霉素、氯霉素和氧氟沙星耐藥。本研究首次證實了豬產氣巴氏桿菌感染在中國大陸的存在,同時,本研究在世界首次分離到尿素酶陰性產氣巴氏桿菌,豐富了產氣巴氏桿菌的生化特征,為研究尿素酶在產氣巴氏桿菌致病性中的作用提供了自然突變體。
[Abstract]:In this study, a strain of Pasteurella aeruginosa was isolated from aborted pig fetus and named ZY14013. The strain was identified by biochemical analysis of 16s rDNA sequence and drug sensitivity analysis. The biochemical characteristics of ZY14013 were similar to those of Pasteurella aerogenes model strain ATCC 27883 and other isolates except urease negative. Genetic evolution analysis showed that the nucleotide homology of 16s rDNA between ZY14013 and ATCC 2788 and 16 existing isolates was 99.2% and 99.6%, respectively. The drug sensitivity test showed that ZY14013 was sensitive to penicillin, florfenicol and cephalosporins, and was resistant to streptomycin, kanamycin, gentamicin, chloramphenicol and ofloxacin. This study first confirmed the presence of Pasteurella aeruginosa infection in the mainland of China. At the same time, we isolated the urease negative Pasteurella aeruginosa for the first time in the world, which enriched the biochemical characteristics of Pasteurella aeruginosa. It provides natural mutants for studying the role of urease in pathogenicity of Pasteurella aerogenes.
