香蕉莖葉與稻草混貯飼喂安格斯牛育肥效果研究

【摘要】:[目的]為研究香蕉莖葉青貯營養(yǎng)價值和飼喂安格斯牛的育肥效果。[方法]本試驗開展了香蕉莖葉與稻草混貯的營養(yǎng)價值評定和飼喂18月齡、24月齡兩個階段安格斯牛舍飼育肥試驗。[結(jié)果]表明:利用香蕉莖葉以"70%香蕉莖葉+29%干稻草+1%玉米面"比例混貯的青貯外觀評定達到優(yōu)良標(biāo)準(zhǔn);常規(guī)營養(yǎng)成分測定指標(biāo)說明混合青貯的營養(yǎng)價值高。利用該香蕉莖葉青貯飼喂兩個月齡段的安格斯牛,經(jīng)過60d育肥期,兩組牛的育肥效果明顯,其中18月齡組的總增重和平均日增重分別比24月齡組高20.07kg和0.33kg,增重效果顯著(P0.05),18月齡組的純收入比24月齡組高569.86元。[結(jié)論]香蕉莖葉青貯制作技術(shù)簡單,青貯品質(zhì)好,用于飼喂安格斯?娠@著提高增重和養(yǎng)殖效益。
[Abstract]:[objective] to study the nutritional value of banana stem and leaf silage and the fattening effect of feeding Angus cattle. [methods] the nutritional value evaluation of banana stem and leaf mixed with rice straw and feeding experiment of Angus cattle at 18 months and 24 months of age were carried out in this experiment. The results showed that the silage appearance of banana stem and leaf mixed with "70% dry rice straw 1% corn flour" ratio reached good standard, and the nutritional value of mixed silage was high. The silage of banana stem and leaf was used to feed Angus cattle of two months of age. After 60 days of fattening, the fattening effect of the two groups was obvious. The total weight gain and average daily gain of 18-month-old group were higher than that of 24-month-old group (20.07kg and 0.33 kg, respectively). The net income of 18-month-old group was 569.86 yuan higher than that of 24-month-old group (P0.05). [conclusion] the processing technique of banana stem and leaf silage is simple and the silage quality is good.
